Отличное место для любителей ходить пешком по центру города
Pros:

Новый ремонт, действительно хороший дизайн номеров, удобные матрасы, грамотная система обогрева и вентиляции, хороший завтрак. Очень хорошее расположение для любителей ходить пешком. Отличное лобби.

Cons:

Спать с открытым окном не получится, шумно, но вентиляция справляется, в номере не душно. Халаты маленького размера, видимо усадка ткани.

The location is good, and the bed itself was quite comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on its quality. I also liked the lobby area — it’s nicely designed with many seating options, which I appreciated. Overall, aside from the issues mentioned above, the rest was pretty much okay.

Cons:

I didn’t like the reception experience. I specifically requested a double bed and also informed the hotel in advance that I would be arriving at 6:00 a.m. When I arrived, I had to wake up the receptionist so he could give me the access card.
After entering the room, I found that it had twin beds instead of a double. I went back to reception, where I was told that the hotel only has twin beds and that there are no double beds in the entire hotel, which contradicts what was communicated earlier.
Additionally, the receptionist was wearing a hoodie and looked more like he was going to a football game than working at the reception of a four-star hotel. This felt unprofessional.
Another issue was the quality of the towels. They were absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I will attach a photo for reference, as this definitely needs improvement.
Aside from these points, the rest of the stay was generally okay.
The corridor lighting is poorly synchronized. It appears to be sensor-based, but the lights turn off almost immediately instead of staying on for a reasonable amount of time (at least 30 seconds). If you stop to look for something in your bag, such as an access card, the lights switch off, which is inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Karşılamadaki hanımefendi çok kibardı ve çok yardımcı oldu check out günümüzde bavullarımızı 3 saat kadar orada tutmak istedik ve çok kibar bir şekilde bu istediğimizi kabul etti. Kahvaltı dahil olan bir seçenek almıştım fakat kahvaltıyı dışarıda yapmayı tercih ettim o nedenle bu konuda yorumum yok otel konumu çok iyi merkeze 10-12dk yürüme mesafesinde ve yakınında da önerilen bir kaç yer var, temizliğinden memnun kaldık, balkonlu oda tercih ettik ve manzaramız da çoook güzeldi.

Cons:

Balkon kapımız zor kapanıyordu maalesef ve havalandırma sesi biraz yüksekti.

L'ho già scritto nella precedente recensione, ma evidentemente non interessa a nessuno: sul tavolo della colazione dovrebbe esserci un piccolo cestino per buttare: bustina del tea, gusci delle uova, bustine vuote dello zucchero, cartine delle marmellatine, etc... Invece alla fine della colazione sul tavolo regna il caos....
