Всем привет. Провели в отеле 3 ночи. Мнение не однозначное. Из плюсов, неплохое расположение, хорошие завтраки и отличный вид из окна на телебашню и город. У нас был верхний этаж номер 504.
Из минусов, грязно в номерах, сервис плохой. У нас было очень грязно в ванной комнате. Мы попросили дополнительно убраться в ванной комнате, но ничего не изменилось.
Совет, и даже просьба к менеджменту, добавить в номера бокалы под вино.
Персонал не очень приветливый. При заезде у нас в номере был закрыт сейф, когда я попросил сейф открыть, пришла девушка с ресепшена, которая по инструкции его открыла, и в нем оказалась пустая бутылка из под коньяка и кошелек, т.е. уборщица не проверила, что сейф закрыт когда убирала номер.
Матрас очень мягкий, подушки не удобные, на просьбу поменять подушку ответили, что других нет.
Когда обратился с просьбой дать бокалы для вина сначала сказали, что их нет, но после повторной просьбы выдали 2 грязных бокала из бара. Помыл сам.
В целом, сервис по-грузински, вроде бы есть, но без напряга. Вокруг много других вариантов, лично я буду искать другой отель.
The Location was good and the room was very spacious
The cleanliness was not up to the mark. The Breakfast was very very poor. No handwash liquid in the washroom the Towels were all old

Suddenly i got notification from booking.com that property name changed to bridge hotel
In fact this is a different hotel
I passed by the old one name changed to atrium hotel !

No room service for cleaning unless you order
No king bed, there were 2 small beds next to each other with void, super uncomfortable
Room is dirty we had to clean it by ourselves especially the bathroom
No employees at the reception many times, only during Maryam shifts
Breakfast is less than basic, someday no beans (no coffee) some days no croissant or something decent plus the old lady that is serving the food was so extreme if you say good morning she doesnt answer and make you feel unwelcome!
Dead cockroach and insects in the breakfast hall and balcony of our room
Clearly the hotel owner / management team dont care
