Size, Location , charm

Cons:

The shower drain war very dirty and clogged ! The floor was not that clean either ! We could not get a second key for the door ! The rest was wonderful

We enjoyed Heidelberg
Pros:

Location was great for seeing the sites. The woman at the restaurant in the morning was very nice and let us keep our bags there until our departure later that day.

Cons:

We had a very hard time finding the anex after checking in at the restaurant. It was dark outside and not well marked.

Pros:

Wir haben mehrere Male in der Sudpfanne übernachtet. Beim ersten Mal hatten wir nicht mitbekommen, dass das Zimmer im ersten Stock war und keinen Fahrstuhl hatte, was aufgrund des Denkmalschutzes auch nicht möglich ist.
Ich konnte aufgrund einer Behinderung den Koffer dort nicht hochtragen. Man hat uns aber dabei geholfen, insofern war alles in Ordnung. Beim zweiten Mal hatte man uns ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Restaurant und im Parterre gegeben.
Wer also älter ist oder eine Behinderung hat, sollte darauf achten, wo und in welchem Stockwerk das Zimmer ist.

Cons:

Beim ersten Mal hatten wir ein Doppelbett mit nur einer Matratze, sodass ich immer mitbekam, wenn mein Mann sich im Bett umdrehte. Auch in einem Doppelbett sollten immer zwei Matratzen liegen, man kann dann besser schlafen.
Beim zweiten Mal hatten wir zwei Matratzen.

Pros:

Super Lage, leider war nicht eindeutig, dass man sich den Schlüssel woanders abholen musste so dass wir mit den Trollis zweimal quer durch Heidelberg geschlurrt sind.

Das Appartment war für uns drei ideal. Gute Ausgangslage um Heidelberg zu erkunden.

Cons:

Man hat uns vorher nicht über die Parkgebühren informiert.Personal war leider nicht sonderlich freundlich und serviceorientiert .Kein Herd oder Mikrowelle vorhanden.

Pros:

Spacious apartments, all very clean and comfortable. We were able to park using underground parking nearby. In the historic centre but tend to be on the street that is not very busy. Walking distance to main sights and castle.

Cons:

Alles bis auf die Lage; eines der Doppelbetten komplett durchgelegen, Flecken auf dem Laken. Stinkiger Abwassergeruch aus dem Dusch/ WC Bereich und offen zum Zimmer, d.h. keine Tür, abstoßend. Habe alle Sachen, auch die ungetragenen, daheim gewaschen. Sehr kaltes Raumgefühl trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen.
