Clean
the room was very cold, I had to sleep in clothes, the children froze, the staff could not do anything
This is a really good hotel, exactly like in the photos — very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, with markets, shops, and public transport all nearby, which made getting around very easy. The hospitality was outstanding.
We stayed during New Year, and unfortunately I suddenly became ill. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything — they assisted us in calling a doctor and even prepared special dietary food for me. Their care, kindness, and support during that time were truly exceptional.
We are very grateful for their help and highly recommend this hotel !

Spacious family room, clean, comfortable
It's hard to find the hotel from where taxis usually drop you off. It would be helpful to have a sign on the back of the hotel

Семейный номер достаточно просторный.
Очень шумные соседи, шум до 4 утра! Стены как-будто картонные, никакой звукоизоляции.
The location was close to my conference place, so it was very convenient for me . The administrator was very friendly, intelligent and polite woman. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend to stay in that hotel.
