Pros:

Everything was good. Location is a bit off from the main stretch. You need to speak to the hotel guys to guide you how to get there.

I stayed there twice. Last time i didnt enjoy much of the pool as they raised a wall across and that blocked some brilliant sights. Rest is all good. excellent staff and very clean. Rooms meant for couples only as the bed is little smaller than the standard double bed size. lol so snuggle up!

Pros:

The view was good and the deal was great

Cons:

No labels for all of the switches, it took forever to figure out what switch was for the fan or light, ect. Everything was connected to a switch but you didn't know which one was for what.

Value for money, vey comfortable bed.
Pros:

Very good hotel. Staff is well behaved, clean, quick, value for money, rooms had everything, just the road to the hotel is little bit off, had swimming pool, i booked the lowest price one, it had no view from the window, but, at that price point it was okay. Food was adequate, for two. Very good.

We booked two rooms. Our rooms were upgrades by booking.com to king premium rooms with breakfast. One of the rooms has water leaking from the ac. The other room had no electricity since night and only fan was working. The staff said they are calling electrician who never came.
Breakfast had hard lying anything, no juice or milk. They only had cold chole and cold bhature with cold and dry poha. For fruits there was just a sad looking watermelon. And there was a sad sand which as well with no filling inside. Not recommended.
Location is a trouble too, it’s at the end of tapovan and you have to go down a hill and road is not made there.

Pros:

Lift wasn't working and I travelled with my aged parents so it got quite difficult...pool was filled with dirty water.... electricity was fluctuating throughout 3 days long stays...vehicle parking is also not safe, my car got terriblly scratched while parked in open outside their premises...I doubt someone from hotel staff may have done it since I had altercation with them about poor services that I received..overall it was a very pathetic experience

It was a pathetic and terribly disappointed experience. Lift wasn't in working condition, water inside pool was discoloured and dirty...Electricity supply was fluctuating throughout my 3 days long stay. Staff was impolite and dont know how to deal with an unhappy customer. Your vehicle is not safe too. My parked car got badly scratched by some miscreants outside their property since they dont have parking inside. Overall a very bad experience.

Only good thing is their Food rest other things were like hell. Dont want to visit them even in my dreams again.

Approach and signage is far from Satisfactory.
The parking area needs to be properly developed and a covered porch must be there for guests to get in / out of their vehicles during drizzling, loading/ unloading baggage.

The hotel and the rooms were okay but overpriced. It’s a hassle to get the check out dates changed with the receptionist

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t heated and chances of losing your swimming gears are high. I lost mine and couldn’t get it recovered.
