Прекрасна семейна почивка!
По време на престоя ни беше навалял пухкав сняг. Гледките от всички кътчета на хотела бяха приказни!
А горящите камини в ресторанта и на лоби бара правеха атмосферата още по-уютна.
Храна - разнообразна и вкусна.
Обслужване - отлично!
Хигиена - чист и поддържан хотел.
Басейни и релакс зона - чудесно допълнение към нашата зимна ваканция.

Със влизането в комплекса ни посрещнаха с усмивка. Топли басейни, добра спа зона, 2 броя сауни, една парна баня, солна стая, добра релакс зона с приятна музика, а гледката е уникална, спираща дъха. За храната - за всеки вкус. Благодарим, Каталина! Пак ще се върнем.

Pros:

Хубава и просторна къща, чисто, удобни легла и канапета, има камина която палихме всяка вечер. За дървата не ни таксуваха допълнително. Удобен паркинг. Страхотна гледка от ресторанта. Много вкусна и разнообразна храна сутрин и вечер. Басейна е много добре също. Чист и топъл. Много мил и отзивчив персонал.
П.п. Благодарим за прекрасния жест който направихте за рождения ден на жена ми!

Cons:

Неща за подобрение:
- до камината има само един мек стол и две табуретки. Много липсваше втори такъв стол.
- без фенер почти нищо не се вижда в ъгъла където е камината.
- носете по-сухи дървета. Половината бяха много мокри. Също така са нужни повече разпалки (сухи).

Great place and nice food perfect for relaxing with a view.
Pros:

Great location, very good food choice and it was very tasty.

Cons:

Pillows were all the same size and too squished for me it was uncomfortable but that’s personal taste of course, another thing is drinks at dinner are not included.

Pros:

Най-вече чистотата, която поддържаше хотелът. Басейните бяха много чисти, спа зоната също.
Друго, което ни хареса е приветливия персонал. Хората бяха много любезни и отзивчиви.
Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна. Ние бяхме със закуска и вечеря и останахме много доволни.
