Tolle Atmosphäre
Pros:

Die Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffett. Die familiäre Atmosphäre. Und natürlich die zauberhafte Intendanten der Festspiele. Die Natur - die Schwäne Abend, der Sonnenuntergang der nirgends so schön ist wie in Ulrichshusen. Außerdem fanden wir toll dass nicht alles perfekt lief so dern etwasChaos herrschte. Langweilig ist es bei Ihnen sicher nie, Respekt.

Cons:

Die Couch Die auf den Fotos zu sehen war haben wir im Zimmer vermisst. Außerdem wären Fliegengitter toll. Außerdem wäre toll gewesen wenn die Programme von Daniel Hopes Konzert beim Frühstück ausgelegt worden wären. Es waren ja noch einige übrig und so mussten wir ein durchgesifftes Exemplar das zufällig im Frühstückraum lag mitnehmen. Eine andere Frau hatte noch weniger Glück und bekamen kein Programm: es hatte ja nur quf jedem zweiten oder dritten Platz eins gelegen.

Massenabfertigung mit katastrophalem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Ambiente, die Lage und der See sind wunderschön. Das Hotel ist idyllisch gelegen, aus dem Zimmer hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Service war total überfordert, es gab keine Infos an der Rezeption, abends keine Plätze mehr im Restaurant, lange Schlangen beim Selbstbedienungsstand (zum Glück gab es dort noch etwas), das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Katastrophe, zuviele Gäste für überfordertes Personal, zu wenig und schlechte Brötchen, wenig Auswahl, man konnte froh sein, wenn man noch einen Kaffee bekam. Im Hotel selber gibt es keine Kaffeestation oder ähnliches bzw im Zimmer auch keine Infos über Hotelausstattung. Im Bad funktionierten Armaturen und Abfluss nicht - insgesamt stimmte das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Die Unterkunft war total überfordert mit den Besuchern, die auch zahlreich zum Konzert gekommen sind.

Beautiful location
Pros:

The location is fabulous, with nice walks and views. Dinner was very good and abundant. The room was spacious and warm (it was snowing outside), the bed very comfortable. There was a hairdryer and a nice bath with very hot water and good pressure. Staff very polite, efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Practically no wi-fi. An extra pillow would have been great. A bit of a walk with suitcases in the snow and up a long flight of stairs from the building where the reception is to the Schloss where the rooms were.

Wonderful, romantic accomodation in an historic, fully restored medieval castle.
Pros:

Wonderful accomodation in a wonderful setting. Great breakfast with lovely view of the castle and moat.

A beautiful hotel full of character
Pros:

A beautiful property in a lovely location. We were given an incorrect room on arrival and the boss went out of his way to make sure we were happy with another room.

Cons:

Our shower was a bit difficult to use as it had to be held in the hand but that is to be expected in an old property. One member of staff made it clear that she felt we were being difficult by asking for the room we had booked. Luckily the boss provided great customer service.
