Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in starts at 18:00, while arrivals are accepted from 16:00. Check-out on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is until 14:00. When booking 4 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The breakfast was very tasty, but we had to stand in a line in order to enter the breakfast room,
Tha hotel was overcrowded waiting in a line to enter the breakfast room.
The hotel did not meet our expectationsabout a desert hotel. There are no desert views from the hotel , and we missedthe tranquility and calmness that you can find inthe desert, the hotel was fully booked and just the oppositeof our expectations. The Aera of the swimming pool was overcrowded and very loud. The staff did their best and was very kind but had to deal with all the hustle. WE liked the music that was playedim thebackround in the hotel and near the pool, but suggest to pause it over the day in order to receive some moments of quietness

הכיסוי מעל למיטה עושה הרגשה לא נקייה שצובר מלא אבק
המקום מהמם ומעוצב יפייפה. האווירה רגועה והצוות אדיב, אכפתי מאוד, ואוהבים ילדים.
הספא, הבריכה ובכלל מתקנים של המלון מצויינים. כל הזמן דואגים לניקיון של המקום בין אם בחדרים או באזורים ציבוריים כמו הבריכה. האוכל בארוחת בוקר וגם בארוחת ערב טעים, מגוון וטרי.
הייתה בעיה במסעדה במלון (הטאבון לא עבד ולא היו הרבה מנות)

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh vegetables and salads as well as cheeses, eggs and pastries. My wife is vegan and the chef was more than happy to accomodate her with hummus omlettes and tofu shakshua.
The room was spacious and clean.
The men's dry sauna was not working when we were there. Also there was no mention of an extra charge to use the spa on days that you are not getting a spa treatment.

The Kedma hotel is exquisitely designed throughout and down to the smallest detail. The style is unique, using local crafts and materials to blend into the landscape. The food is plentiful and delicious (although pricey), and the service is polite and attentive. I think Kedma should be a source of pride for Israel, competing easily with any hotel in Europe. Thank you.
Not enough clothes hangers. Also, it would be a courtesy to the guests to provide fresh bottles of water every day.
