The hotel is beautifully designed. The desert is right across the road and there are hiking tracks nearby. Breakfast was good and there is a very generous selection of dishes both at breakfast and at dinner.
It is a crowded place with a slightly claustrophobic feeling. The hotel is challenged by a very large number of guests, with whom you have to compete for all the facilities- starting with the queue at the check in, the overcrowded pool, the noise outside the room, the rush to get a table for dinner, and the warning that there would be a long queue at the check out (there wasn’t, but we left early). Though the design is beautiful, it has a structure of a panopticon. The room was advertised as a “room with a balcony” but all the rooms are on the ground floor and the “balcony” is just an extension, AND no room has an actual window. This is probably due to the fact that it is located in a spot where no view is possible from any angle (though there is beautiful desert just across the road) - if you look through the slots of the “balcony” you can see a petrol station, or another room, or the road. The decor is already a bit tired - the curtains in the lounge do not hang properly, the ceiling in the room is made of planks of bamboo, above which you can see all the mess of dusty pipes and cords. The walls are super-thin, you can hear even the conversation next door, and our next door neighbor loved to sing. Fortunately he had a good voice. The food at dinner was average at best. Because it is a kosher hotel, you cannot get a coffee or tea at the end of the meal. We could only make it in the room or pay for it at the lounge (18 shekels for a small latte, and they only serve small lattes for some reason, no large coffee). On Saturday morning you can only get instant or filter coffee (no espresso or cappuccino), again because of kashrut. The bathroom in the room was not super clean. Oh, and the constant music, which you hear everywhere, as soon as you approach the hotel, including the room (thin walls, thin doors) gets irritating after 10 minutes.

אווירה ועיצוב המלון
בחדר אוכל קשה להגיע למכונת הקפה.
בחדרים אין מספיק תאורה
Breakfast was good. Hotel is beautiful and clean.
The hotel is boring.
The pool was not hot enough for the winter. It's almost a crime not to have an outside hottub in a place like this in the winter.
Also anoying that the hotel is so expensive and then they ask you extra for the spa.

The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast and diner are plentiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful
The mattresses are so soft that it was impossible for me to sleep well in the night and I did not feel good in the morning. The mattresses need to be replaced to my opinion.
