Location
Very expensive
Beautiful place. Great staff.

We loved this place. The hospitality was incredible, the food very good and the location amazing. Our room was easy above our expectations, clean, big, well laid out and comfy to sit in. Great views too. If it were closer, we would come at least once a year!
Nothing! Only disappointment would be that we didn't stay longer.
The location of the hotel is an absolute winner - right on the loch over a small rock wall, just wonderful
We avoided the bar, full of big blokes who obviously lived locally, one of the barmen was just awful
Stunning location
Lovely traditionally decorated room
Powerful shower
Comfortable bed
Unfortunately there were a few issues:
Dangerously defective hairdryer which hadn’t been safety checked for 2 years;
Dinner was basic, reheated and flash fried food but at the price of home made;
Breakfast was inconsistent- day 1 the cold buffet was empty of pastries and most fruit and was not refreshed for guests eating later, we were not offered toast either although we noticed later that other tables had been. Day 2 was fine;
No TV in room- whilst we understand the reasons for this, it’s not usual for a 3 star hotel and it wasn’t pointed out when booking.
Awesome location, food was great and staff we’re also great
Location was wonderful and the restaurant food was excellent
Such a fantastic hotel in an amazing location. Kate was such a welcoming host and was so kind. We chose this as a stop on our honeymoon and she made it such a welcoming stay.
Beautiful location and great food/drinks!
Kind of pricey
Location, charm and people all superb .
Beautiful room - fabulous bar and restaurant.
