Pros:

Персонал дуже уважний і привітний. Приїхали до готелю о 7 ранку. Заселення в номер о 14. Ми не чекали у вестибюлі, нам видали картки на полотенця і запропонували провести час на басейні. Зранку були у критому басейні, потім у відкритому. Тому день заїзду отримали як повноцінний день відпочинку. Харчування різноманітне та дуже смачне. В номерах чисто. Дякую всьому персоналу за увагу та чистоту.

Взагальному нам сподобалось
Pros:

Сподобалось розташування красиві гори, річка, велика територія є де прогулятись
Дуже смачна їжа , різноманітна, як для дітей так і для дорослих є з чого вибрати
Велике спа, є також дитячий басейн і він був теплий це дуже добре

Cons:

Без кондиціонера було жарко , ми були в період коли була дуже спека було важко спати
На відкритому басейні була холодна вода , не знаю чи він обігрівається , особливо для дитини

Перебування в відпочинковому комплексі подарувало нашій сімʼї задоволення. Смачна різноманітна їжа, чудова локація, тиша і спокій. На території є дитяча хатинка, де прекрасна аніматорка Марія проведе чудовий і корисний час з вашими дітками. В спа є дитячий басейн, дві лазні. В одній навіть була хвоя, і я вдихала цілющий хвойний аромат. Я їхала на відпочинок із закладеним носом, а за день перебування у спа стан покращився миттєво.

Pros:

Смачний пансіон, страви різноманітні. Були з маленькою дитиною (2 роки) на території є дитячий будиночок, майданчик, басейни, конюшня. Було цікаво, кожен день мали, що робити. Класна, доглянута територія. Басейн дитячий теплий. Відпочили чудово!

Cons:

В номері сміттєві відра треба вже міняти, весь час відвалюються кришки, це не зручно.
