Сподобалось все. Чисто, затишно, тепло. Садиба знаходиться у центрі Східниці. Поряд інфраструктура ( магазини, кафе - бистро, базар та ін), парк, джерела 1С, 13, 18.

господарка привітна, всі питання вирішує швидко. однозначно раджу садибу для відпочинку!
Pros:

сподобалось те, що на теріторії садиби є альтанки, велика гойдалка, клумба з квіточками.
кухня окремо на 1 поверсі, де є все необхідне.
номер світлий, охайний. в кімнаті ліжко, 2 великі рушники+2 маленькі, стіл+2 стільці, чайник+2 чашки, холодильник, шафа, сейф, телевізор, коври. в номері є ванна кімната, де є ванна, фен, вмивальник, мило, туалет, туалетний папір, ганчірка, таз, дзеркало.
ринок та магазин в двух хвилинах від садиби. парк в 10 хвилинах від садиби.

Cons:

на букінгу було вказано що буде батут. дитина розчарувалась що його не було.
не хватало одноразових капців.

Дуже сподобалось все♥️
Чудовий номер, гарний вид з балкону, розташування- краще не придумаєш, настільки зручно. Вийшла за ворота садиби 20 м і магазин, в іншу сторону 30 м і ринок, столова поруч
Вранці пити каву у дворі - одне задоволення, є де позасмагати.
Дуже приємна господиня, всі ввічливі і приємні
Ми обовʼязково ще приїдимо погостювати🫶

Дуже задоволені відпочинком в Східниці і тим, що обрали Садибу Святослав.
Затишно, тепло, комфортно, красива атмосфера зимових свят.
Номер чудовий, чистий, теплий, багато світла, дуже зручні матраци, сон був бездоганний, що так було важливо для відновлення та відпочинку. Дуже гарний краєвид з вікна.
Особливо зручно, що є кухня, та можливість приготувати їжу, гарні умови, посуд та все що потрібно є.
Чистота та порядок на високому рівні. За це особлива подяка господарям.

Дуже гарне розташування, поряд базар, магазин, аптека, бістро, центр, банкомат, пошта.
Є парковка, альтанки, гарний ремонт, в номері є телевізор, електрочайник, є кухня, але поряд знаходиться бістро, де можна смачно поїсти.
