تعامل سائقين الباصات اكثر من سيء ولايلتزم بالوقت والمكان جدا جدا سىءين من يسكن لديهم ينسى الباص تماما
البوفيه متوسط والموظفين غير ودودين
بعض موظفي الاستقبال يستخدم الوجه المعبس مع الزباين
تشعر ان هنأك مشكله بين بعض الموظفين وإدارة الفندق ممايجعلهم يفرغون طاقتهم السلبية في الزبون
تجربه لن تتكرر بسبب الموظفين ومشاكلهم الداخلية

The hospitality at reception, the restaurant and cafe, overall service and care, the room size and facilities were just appropriate. View with Uhud mountain was the best part.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, insbesondere dank des engagierten Manager
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Besonders der Manager, Mr. Ali, war äußerst kooperativ, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt.
