On my confirmed booking , they didn't give me room . It was over booked. Bad experience. I was on the roads for searching new hotel . Bad ppl n too much greedy 😭

Cons:

Booked a room at Alandalus Golden Palace Hotel, Madina via Booking.com. Booking showed as "confirmed," and the hotel sent a welcoming message saying they were expecting us.

On arrival at about 12 am staff rudely denied any confirmation existed. They claimed bookings after 6 PM are not valid (only 4–6 PM considered confirmed), I showed screenshots, but they refused to accept them and showed zero empathy.

Left with my family in Madinah late at night, we wasted hours searching for another hotel and suffered unnecessary stress and mental agony.

This is misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I strongly advise to avoid this hotel when booking through Booking.com. Their staff do not honor confirmed reservations.

الفندق اولا قديم فى الاثاث السجاد قديم جدا حتى تحت السراير يوجد اوساخ
دوره المياه قديمه وبها تسريب ماء كما فى الصورة
باب الغرفه لا يوجد فيه قفل التأمين
المصعد صعب جدا مع كثافه النزلاء بسبب أنه اربع فقط واحد سعته كبيره والثلاث الباقين صغير وأثناء وجودى كان اثنين بهم عطل
انص من أراد أن يكون قريب من الحرم
لا ينفع مع عائله
