J’ai passer ma réservation pour 4 adultes et 7 enfants pour 3 nuits en demi pension arriver sur place on me dit que non les enfants sont pas compris et donc on me demande de rajouter 200 euros , je montre la réservation ou il y a écrit en noir et blanc que les enfants sont compris j’appelle booking qui me dit désolé vous inquiétez pas demander une facture et nous vous rembourserons les 200 euros car votre réservation tout est compris , la directrice de l’hôtel est un amour elle nous as tellement bien accueilli je faisait la surprise à mes parents et elle a vu mon dessaroi elle a été vraiment humaine pour le coup , j’ai envoyer la facture a booking qui maintenant refusé de me rembourser car il y a pas écrit « demi pension » donc je leur dit que c’est pas ma faute et qu’il fasse leur travail ce n’ai pas mon boulot d’appeler les hôtels ils renvois la balle à l’hôtel c’est du « vol déguisé «  j’ai payer pour une prestation j’ai suivi ce qu’on m’a dit malheureusement ils ne sont pas honnête !

الازعاج .. الفرش قديم… الحمام كانت المغسله فقط حنفية الماء البارد اما الحار فطلعت بيدي لما حاولت افتح الماء الحار وطبعا ماء الشاور كان اختبار لمقدرتي على التاقلم بين الماء شديد الحرارة وشديد البرودة ومرحلة الماء المعتدلة كانت مصيدة لأبدأ الاستحمام في العشر دقائق الاولى فقط
حجزت الجناح مطل ع الحرم وعند وصولي اتضح ان الجناح المطل تحت الصيانة واعاد لنا الموظف 100 ريال التي سبق ان اخذوها لموقف السيارة
حضرت قبل صلاة الظهر واخبرتني موظفة الاستقبال انه سيتم التواصل معي حال جهازية الجناح وطبعا لم يصلني اي اتصال حتى الساعة التاسعة مساء تقريباً

Very Disappointing Experience- Not the standard of a 5Stars

The concierge was the best- Mohamed Al Balushi helped every single person that needed.

Cons:

Our stay at InterContinental DarAl Iman Madinah was very disappointing and far below the standard expected from an InterContinental property, especially one considered among the best in Madinah.

The hotel feels extremely outdated and old. The overall experience, including the quality of food, was not even comparable to a 3-star hotel. On top of that, there was ongoing construction during our stay, which caused constant noise. We were unable to properly sleep or rest at times.

Despite these issues, no goodwill or commercial gesture was offered by the hotel. When we requested a late checkout due to the inconvenience, we were instead charged for an extra day and additional food.

Overall, this hotel does not reflect the quality, comfort, or service associated with the InterContinental brand. Very disappointing experience.

Perfect location, very comfortable for elderly guests
Pros:

Great location with a direct exit to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi through gates 330 and 329, making prayers very easy and convenient. It was also simple to meet roommates. Special thanks to the housekeeper Abu Talib for his kindness and for always making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended.
