Lovely, well kept facilities very close to Masjid al-Nabawi.
Pros:

It’s a lovely location and facility. The staff was accommodating. Nearness to the Prophet’s masjid made this a super-attractive choice, and my family and I enjoyed staying here.

Cons:

The restaurant and buffet were nice, with so many lovely cold food choices. The only issue was with the wait staff who ignored me. I was eating by myself, and I am a woman. I don’t know if ignoring single women is the protocol in KSA or just rudeness. I was not offended, just a little off-put.

As I said earlier our stay was excellent.
Pros:

for location I will give 10 out of 10. Other facilities were beyond expectations. In a nutshell our stay very satisfying and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thanks for IHG intercontinental management and staff.
