A superb hotel in a fabulous location, it couldn't be better
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were exceptional, they were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A fabuous Hotel and we will definitely be returning

Cons:

virtually nothing, but the pillows were a bit hard

A truly 5 star hotel experience
Pros:

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in many years and we travel frequently. The staff were absolutely incredible at every interaction and went out of their way to be helpful. It truly felt like an exclusive five star hotel in many respects . The breakfast was also absolutely amazing and the views and hotel positioning are superb. It was my first time in Jersey but we will definitely be returning and we will absolutely return to this hotel .

Cons:

It was a bit tricky having a room that required stairs to access while also having a baby. There are other room options and we would request a different room next time .

Worth a repeat
Pros:

The location and room right on the beach were amazing. The breakfast is great and their fine dining was also lovely

Cons:

The spa was less of a wellness centre and more of a public pool with a small sauna and steam. They also ran out of therapy appointments which was a shame. I wish we were advised to book ahead for treatments.

Pros:

The hotel was in a fabulous location with a stunning sea view from the room balcony. The staff were all very friendly, engaging and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent and delicious. It was lovely to access the spa for a little relaxation later in the day. Frequent replenishment of water in the room and the added touch of chocolates with the turn down service at night made the stay that little bit special. Had a fabulous time

Cons:

Loved our stay. One minor issue would be that the TV was old and unable to access streaming services
