Superb breakfast. Comfortable room with huge bathroom. Dog had her own bed and dishes. Super pool and spa. Excellent location right beside the beach. Lots of free parking at the hotel. Excellent service by all staff.

Our room was very clean and tidy on arrival, and was maintained that way by the very efficient staff. Everything we needed was present. The air con was welcomed as the temperature reached the high 20's. Parking in the hotel property was excellent. The Spa & pool area was well kept.
We ate one evening in the grill room, and compared to the other restaurant's within the hotel we found the service to be very slow, although the food was excellent.
Great location, right on the beach, with fabulous food, particularly breakfast. Easy to get everywhere with the fab bus services in Jersey generally, and great walking paths along the coastal path. Standard double room was a little small, but beautifully decorated , and great morning and evening service from housekeeping
Service could be a little slow, especially at busy times, but everyone was so lovely, so worth the wait!
Great views, especially from the restaurant/bar. Had lunch there and the food was great. Also had a good breakfast with gluten-free options.
Unfortunately, the room we requested on booking.com was not available on the day. They did relocate us and give us a refund, but I felt I did not receive the full expected experience. The room we were given was a little tired and could do with a refresh.
We actually started to make jokes about how slow the bar service was, although the bar staff were lovely. They perhaps could do with more staff on sunny days as understandably the hotel gets a lot of visitors that are not guests.

Beautiful and convenient location. Breakfast was the best we’ve had anywhere.
The poor service in the Terrace restaurant at dinner time - we waited over an hour and still had nothing to eat. We spoke to the duty manager who agreed this was unacceptable.

Another week
Beautiful breakfast restaurant on the terrace directly overlooking the beach. Food prepared in the kitchen was excellent.
Food from the buffet was average, staff was inattentive if not rude and the wait for any cooked food was unacceptably long.
Breakfast incredible. The location is fantastic. We loved the Nespresso machine and fresh milk in the fridge. All the staff were fantastic.
The junior suite that we had was very tired. We had a suite and the lounge area was too small to function as a siting area. Externally the protective mesh on the balconies were rusty so it really let down the exterior of the hotel.
Unbeatable location on the beach front. Lots of very helpful and attentive staff.
Our room was a bit dated, shower in the bath could potentially be a risk for older guests. The AC wasn’t working properly, I did report it but it wasn’t fixed, just blew air uncooled.
