Pros:

Great value for money, we took two rooms (family of 5) and they were very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Rooms were simple but equipped in all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. There was an elevator. Close to the hospital, shopping mall and night food market. Very big fridge in the rooms. AC worked good. A laundry service in the building.
