The staff very helpful

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean. The mattress was dusty, and there was a lot of dust under the bed.

The heating unit works!

Cons:

Staff is rarely present, did not clean our room when we left to tour the town, intermittent internet signal, 2 minutes-worth of hot water, restaurant only functions on the weekend.
