Todo bien
Todo excelente instalaciones muy bien, la atención de 10, muy atentos todos.

La atención del personal
No se cumplió lo que ofrecen porque no funcionó ninguna red WIFI, ni se podía ver la televisión en la habitación
La alberca limpia y cómoda, viajamos con una persona en silla de ruedas y nos brindaron todas las atenciones
Está algo escondido y apagan el agua caliente de las regaderas y de la alberca , piso muuuy resbaloso de la habitación y el internet no funciona del todo bien

Hace falta un poco de mantenimiento al lugar pero no afecta en nada.

Tiene mucha humedad,las instalaciones son sucias,las albercas también están muy sucias y está todo muy descuidado
El personal es muy amable, el desayuno incluído es muy rico y muy abundante para ser continental.
Las habitaciones están horribles, no tienen aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no funcionan, no hay muebles más que el colchón duro y un par de sillas, el baño muy mal, la alberca muy sucia y el restaurante no es abierto, solo por pedido y de opciones limitadas, la verdad tratamos de pasarlo lo mejor posible pero no regresaría más.
La atencion del peronal fue 10 de 10. Iva x un dia y nos quedamos 2 jajaja
