低価格でバスタブに浸かる
Pros:

朝食付き、バスタブ有りのホテルでは低価格だった。
幹線道路の横だが、騒音はあまり気にならない。

Cons:

スタッフはほぼ英語が話せない。Google翻訳で対応している。
部屋に小さな蟻が数匹、夜間にゴキブリが出た。
朝食は、配膳などのタイミングが悪く、選択できる種類は少なかった…

facilities good, booked for dinner at restaurant, turned up at 6pm and was told it was closed
Pros:

breaky was good many choices

Cons:

came down for booked dinner but the chef had gone home because it was quiet. Was not told. didn't want to go out the weather.

Pros:

It was convenient for the QL1a and the staff were welcoming. Definitely suitable for locals/domestic tourism. All staff happy to use Google translate to communicate.

Cons:

No hot water when I tried to shower. The dinner menu didn't have vegetarian food and due to language barrier, when I requested the stir fry noodles for a vegetarian I got super noodles in a bowl of water with a bit of pak choi, i was so hungry I made do.

I definitely choose Phuong Hoang hotel for my next stay
Pros:

This is super good for the price. The room is large, big bed, wonderful staffs.

Disappointing
Pros:

It was cheap.

Cons:

1. There were no staff or receptionist can speak in English.
2. On the Booking.com app, They are opening Gym. But there were not.
3. I saw cockroach and ants... at the restaurant table.

Pros:

Has bathtub and soft matrass

Cons:

It was weird experience.
First they gave me key to the room which wasn't cleaned from previous guest (towels inside bathtub, trash, etc)

On the second try they put me into a room with, apparently, corridor's aircon module on the balcony, which was roaring like a jet engine for the most part of the day

So def not coming here second time

A large well appointed hotel ONLY suitable for local population not tourists
Pros:

Good spacious room . Reasonable breakfast. A/C good. Large well appointed reception area

Cons:

Absolutely NO staff spoke English . They tried to keep my passport at reception but I refused . They then wanted over one million Dong as a deposit against damage & snacks . Coffee at breakfast was stone cold . Very little western food available. No a/c in public areas
