Consider and accept the bookings which made through online platforms. At least respond them timely.

Posizione ottima come hotel di passaggio. Vicino all'aeroporto internazionale e a quello per i voli interni che si trovano a circa 4 km uno dall'altro.

Our stay was very comfortable
Pros:

Courteous staffs, location is perfect because airport and Shree Padmanabhaswami temple and city center are very near, meals are also good but restaurant needs some more cleaning

Exceptionally Debatable Quality of Services.
Pros:

Nothing particularly significant.

Cons:

Booked via the app, asked me to cancel there, had to pay significantly more. The manager there was being super lax about their terrible service and was like "sir you just have to rebook". I don't wish to, I already had made the booking so why have this nonsense while I'm checking in. Definitely sketchy place.

Pros:

The room was good. Worth the money. Bed quality was also good.

Cons:

The food taste was good but we did not get any variety in breakfast and lunch. There was only dosa for breakfast and for lunch only thali and Chinese rice and noodles. Also in the evening we placed an order for sandwiches and later on they told us to go for pakoda with chai as sandwiches will take time for preparation. This can be improved.

Pros:

cleanliness hassle free check in . gooc customer care . centralized booking system is outstanding .

Cons:

room was little congested , one more chair / puff chair can be provide for double room , food menu and quality of meals satisfactory ,but if improve /upgrade it then it will be and excellent

LOCATION GOOD BUT LOT MORE TO DO
Pros:

Renovation of property is in progress so linen was new and clean

Cons:

Repair work noise, no lift, dirt created due to repair, a very unprofessional breakfast,, no payment receipt issued etc etc no reply to request for such late check in and gate closed for guest
Atleast this information should be provided so that tired guest are not shocked.
