I booked a room in that hotel, i am also mentioned i will arrive morning 7.00am, and also infrom to the reception, but when i arrived there the receptionist no room for you, you will come after 12.00pm, what can i do, then i went to another hotel, auto driver helped me,

Cons:

Booked a room at Safire Residency during Attukal Pongala and it was a very disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned, the washroom was unhygienic, and basic facilities were poorly maintained. Despite the heavy crowd during the festival, the staff seemed unprepared and unhelpful. We faced delays during check-in and there was constant noise and disturbance throughout the stay.

What made the experience worse was the behavior of the housekeeping staff. They were intentionally working very slowly and loudly complaining about the customers who had stayed previously, which felt highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for guests. Instead of maintaining hospitality standards, the atmosphere felt careless and disrespectful.

For the price charged during Pongala season, the service and condition of the hotel were nowhere near acceptable. Would not recommend staying here during festival time.
