Neat and well arranged. The room i stayed had huge noise from the kitchen chimney/exhaust which is on till about 11pm in the night. Not a soundproof room

Best hotel in that area. Previously I stayed in two nearby hotels, both were in very bad condition. Definitely I will stay here next time also

Location to Neyyatinkara

Cons:

The room was passable and did have whatever it took to live for one night for my business trip. However, the air conditioning was switched off at night and I woke up sweating in the morning. They gave me a broken down room without any shower curtains and a broken down wash basin. The room was only passable. Then they swapped me to another room after enquiring. This was done and then they switched off the A/C. The entire lobby was heated up too since they didnt turn on the air conditioning. They told me everything was working just fine upon check-in yet they failed to uphold the standard of the property.

Comfort of the room

Cons:

There's was no food available. The kitchen shirts down too soon. We reached after 9 30 and thus did not get any dinner.
