The pool is open from 07:00 to 19:00.

During summer guests can park their vehicle directly at the property. Guests cannot use their car between 10:00 and 17:00 During winter guests can park at a partner hotel 1.9 mi away and staff will pick them up.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Eine tolle Mannschaft, die sich exzellent um das Wohlbefinden des Gastes kümmern. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Rundum ein sehr schönes Urlaubserlebnis!

Cons:

Ein Holzfussboden anstatt des Teppichs auf den Zimmern würde das Ambiente des schönen Hotels unterstreichen und wäre hygiegischer.

puoi uscire direttamente dall'hotel a piedi e iniziano un sacco di camminate,
Ci sono anche due baite a pochi passi

Too short, we would like to come back.
Pros:

On top of the mountain, quietly isolated. A lot of hike available. Parking in the hotel garage. Very good breakfast and meals at dinner. Attention to details, variety and product choices. Staff were helpful and discreet. Room and bathroom were excellent, as were the spa and swimming pool. A true 4 stars experience.

Tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage, mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Viele schöne Wanderungen sind direkt vom Hotel aus möglich. Es gibt einen schönen Spa-Bereich mit einer besonders tollen Außensauna. Das Essen ist ebenso hervorragend: es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Abends gibt es immer ein leckeres mehrgängiges Menü. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe, sind stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Unser Highlight war der Balkon, von dem man die ganze Seiser Alm überblicken konnte. Das Servicepersonal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Heaven on earth.
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Goldknopf was truly exceptional! While there are certainly more luxurious options out there, this has been one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced. The location and the views from the hotel are simply incredible—nothing short of breathtaking. The beds were big and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to help make our visit enjoyable. We are definitely planning to come back next year!
