Room was great. The restaurant for dinner was great.
Pros:

There was no breakfast at the restaurant. Just cold food and coffee.

Cons:

The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and the attached restaurant was great.

Cons:

There is no extras like pool, hot tub, hot breakfast- but the cold breakfast (cereal) was good.

I suggested we all stay there and felt terrible that the stay was as bad as it was.
Pros:

absolutely no coffee made in lobby at breakfast.No one at desk to even ask them to make it. I ended up making it both days. Very basic cereal fruit yogurt which was fine.

Cons:

No one at the front desk anytime you needed to speak to someone. Water flooding on floor in hall and seniors could have slidden and had a very bad fall. Coffee empty in pots both mornings. I ended up making coffee for other guests as no one around to make coffee in the lobby at breakfast time. We were booked for a workshop in Vanderhoof and we occupied many rooms for the weekend and most people had issues with rooms. The duvet covers were very stained. A couple of the rooms had issues with plugged sinks and some had dirty toilet bowls.

Pros:

Was a bit unsure as the outside didn't really look like a motel. However we found the entrance, got checked in and everything went very well. Quiet stay. Simple continental self service breakfast.
