Pros:

El hotel en general y la amabilidad del personal. Parking, buena distancia al centro y al cenote Zací. Muy bonito. Habitación con buen tamaño con aire acondicionado.

Cons:

El grifo del baño sale con una presión exagerada que hace que se moje todo y faltaría un secador de pelo.
El último día nos quedamos sin agua caliente.

Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile! A disposizione anche la cucina esterna, dove si fa la colazione, in caso ci si volesse cucinare qualcosa. Location non super centrale ma comunque comoda, anche a piedi, ai principali punti di interesse. Molto consigliato!

Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins qui nous a même préparé de super pique-niques petit déjeuner très tôt quand nous sommes partis à Chichen Itza. C'était copieux et très bon. De plus les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien climatisées et le coin jardin très agréable.

Als Durchgangshotel für Chichén Itzá und Valladolid ok, sonst nicht.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nah am Zentrum und der Cenote, man kann Restaurants und Mini Markt fußläufig erreichen. Frühstück war ok, der Mitarbeiter, der uns am ersten Tag begrüßt hat, war sehr freundlich und konnte Englisch, danach die Tage war es schwieriger mit dem restlichen Personal. Der ältere Herr, der uns beim Frühstück bedient hat, war sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Standardzimmer, das Fenster zeigt zum Gang und dem Innenhof, deshalb müssen die Gardinen zugezogen werden und man hat damit quasi kein Tageslicht im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind pragmatisch, aber nicht gemütlich eingerichtet, am ersten Tag starker Chlor Geruch. Die Krönung war, dass uns ein Wasserglas kaputt gegangen ist, Wir haben Bescheid gegeben und das Personal wollte 100 Pesos dafür haben. Ich fand, dass es eine Frechheit ist, in Abstimmung mit dem Chef "durfte" ich "nur" 70 Pesos zahlen. Als Durchgangshotel ok, sonst nicht.

Logement spacieux et très propre, entouré d’une belle végétation. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. L’établissement est légèrement en retrait de la ville, ce qui offre un environnement calme, tout en restant facilement accessible à pied. Une très belle expérience !
