Pros:

The staff is very friendly and makes an effort. The location of the hotel is solid and the breakfast is okay. They have an organized shuttle to and from the nearest beach every hour, which is welcome. The pool is nice and clean and they offer massage by the pool, which I recommend. The wifi is very good throughout the complex.

Cons:

The room is very small (the Family room is too small for 2 children and 2 adults), the air condition blows directly on the child's bed and there is no way to change this, you can only turn it off, which is unbearable at these temperatures, even for an hour. The air condition is very loud even at the lowest blowing level (there are 3 levels) and that makes it difficult to sleep. The question is also when it was last cleaned, because when I tried to redirect the blowing with a towel, the towel was very dirty. Cleaning the ventilation system is a must, but I would suggest updating it with a quieter one and where the blowing strength can be regulated more. And the redirection of a.c. from the children's beds is essential anf could be easily solved with just one curtain.
The beds are very soft and there is not a single closet in the room, just a few shelves and one small storage unit.
The cleaning should have been better, as there was dust and hair in the corners and there was a plush toy from the previous guests under the bunk bed.

Cons:

La propreté et la vétusté de l’hôtel. Même dans le hall d entrée , de l’eau coulait sur nous du plafond !!! Des travaux sont nécessaire !!!

L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione e la cordialità del personale.

Cons:

Camera piccola, non ben curata e abbastanza sporca ma la cosa peggio è stata la colazione rispetto ad altri Ibis in cui ho soggiornato, Sukhumvit24, HuaHin. Il problema di base è la clientela che soggiorna che è di bassa qualità (Russi) come in tutta la Thailandia e di conseguenza il livello si abbassa. Sicuramente a Krabi sceglierò un’altra struttura.
