Avoid at all cost. It's like the cleaners don't know about this room.

There was 24-hour reception.

Cons:

The room was disgustingly dirty and gross. It's like the cleaners don't know about this room and it's never cleaned. The walls were spattered with dirt, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, the mirror was broken, the hair dryer was ripped off the wall. Reception refused to change my room but gave me a blow dry brush without the top on as a replacement for the missing hair dryer.
Hot water was actually lukewarm and came from an ancient, very loud electric boiler which was installed in the room itself. I'm not even sure how they passed inspection as boilers are only allowed in service areas and it's illegal to have them in living spaces.
Reception was blasting TV every. single. night. I asked them to turn the noise down but I could still hear it in my room all night.
No cleaning for three days.
Stairs right in the middle of the hallway for no apparent reason - so not accessible.
Literally, not a single thing to bring me back to this hotel.
Avoid at all cost.

Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, szybko przygotowywane z wcześniej wyselekcjonowanej listy posiłków. Obsługa miła. Porządek był utrzymywany na bieżąco.

Cons:

Wyraźniej mogłoby być oznaczone wejście do hotelu, gdyż znak nad drzwiami do hotelu jest trochę mylący - słowo Family jest napisane zbyt małą czcionką w porównaniu do reszty nazwy i przez to człowiek myśli, że jest to wejście do Hotelu Varna. Ponadto, sam adres hotelu jest niezbyt czytelnie oznaczony i posługując się Google Maps było nieco trudności z odnalezieniem właściwej lokalizacji.
