Very dissapointing. In need of a thorough refurb.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. The hotel is within a walking distance to both the city centre and the sea.

Cons:

The overall condition of the place is awful with lots of disrepair, dirt, wear and tear.
Repulsive to a point that I was tempted to walk out looking for somewhere else to stay at. If it wasn't for the fact that I arrived late and tired and booked a short stay, I probably would have.
Pretty much anything I looked at needed replacement or repair.
Stains were everywhere - on doors, walls and blinds, etc.
The bedsheets had holes on them.
Mould in and near the bathroom.
The carpets were old and dusty and desperate for refreshment or replacement.
The hard furniture was wonky and crudely put together.
The bathroom was in particularly bad condition. I know people who would have been so grossed out, they would have refused to step in it. The lack of shower curtain combined with the fixed shower head meant that water was spraying everywhere and pooling. Missing or smashed drain hole cover revealed the filth down the drain.
Even the door frame was wobbly to a point where once I had to push it in, in order to be able to lock behind.
The coridor stank of stale cigarette smoke.
I'd like to add that I do not like to post negative reviews, but I feel cheated and and this one is well warranted.
For those who claim that the low cost (which is subjective) of this accomodation justifies the condition, I'd like to add that I disagree. Cleanliness and upkeep should not be up to debate - the premium is for the extras - more space, topedd up fridge, inclusive breakfast, access to a balcony, etc.
I've been in countries where most people would expect much lower standards - Cambodia to give one example, and even there I enjoyed a better accomodation and paid less.

Номер не соответствовал фотографиям на сайте. Очень маленький. Мебель в номере старая, на вид ей лет 20. Ковер на полу был со времён каменного века. По стенам как будто ногами ходили.

Great location but not worth the price
Pros:

The location was good and walking distance to everything I wanted to see.

Cons:

So many things. Behind the toilet was so dirty. The pillow cases had holes in them. The room had 2 TVs in it - both of which did not work. The blinds did not open at all - but if they did it would just be an ugly noisy street view. The staff seemed over everything and were constantly smoking at the front lobby door. Overall just really disappointed for the price of the deluxe studio.
