Un petit havre de paix dans Venise. Très pratique, proche de la gare routière et de toutes le splendeurs de venir.

Hotel was very comfortable. The main area was very cool which was welcome after being out in the heat! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were also very comfortable. There was water available in the lobby and room at no extra charge. There were some appetisers in the evening at the bar which was a nice touch - great hotel and highly recommend.
It would have been nice to have the opportunity to eat dinner in the hotel but this wasn’t available

I had a great stay at Moresco - although I only had the chance to stay one night, I'd definitely return. It was in a great location - easy to get to from the train station. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the room spacious and amenities all on point! I was travelling alone and felt very comfortable - it was easy to explore Venice and the breakfast was super nice too.
I don't think I really have any major complaints - all was absolutely fine for a one night stay!
This was my favourite of all my hotels on a two-week trip to Italy. my room was spacious and lovely, including nice touches of a water-fill station, a welcome drink, great coffee in the room, friendly staff and the perfect location. It's very close to the train station and ACTV Piazzale Roman for the bus to the airport (literally a 5 min walk with only one bridge). I loved the area of Dorsoduro. It's quiet, and very close to everthhing.
I will definitely stay here the next time in Venice and will recommend to friends. Really loved it!
Having swapped our choice of hotel following bad reviews on our original option, we chose Moresco based on its exceptional reviews and location. I'm so glad we did as the whole experience was incredible. Our welcome was the best start to our overnight in Venice with all staff being amazingly hospitable. The room was so clean and comfortable I would have happily spent much more time there. Whilst slightly out of the crowded areas this worked perfectly for us as we were joining a cruise from the San Basilio port which was just a ten minute walk away. The walk to St Marks Square was just 30mins but there were also great options for bars and restaurants within a 2 min walk of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented with cooked options available in addition to a great continental spread. We didn't get the chance to sample the 'aperitif hour' where the hotel serve up free tapas style dishes in the main bar area but we'll definitely return to give that a try in the future. Well done Hotel Moresco, you certainly couldn't have improved upon our stay.
We have stayed at another 5 star hotel in Venice and the Hotel Moresco was way better. A beautiful small hotel with very nice employees who made the stay enjoyable. Nice decor and a great location. Highly recommend Hotel Moresco.
滞在全体としては快適で、スタッフのサービスにも概ね満足していました。特に特別な日として部屋にフルーツやケーキを用意していただいた心遣いは嬉しかったです。
ただ、一点だけ非常に残念だった出来事がありました。キウイやビワなど皮をむく必要のある果物が含まれていたため、カットしていただけないかお願いしたところ、「切るものを持ってくる」と言われ、その後食事用のナイフとフォークを渡されました。食事用のナイフではキウイを切るのは難しいのではないかと伝えると、「キウイを知っていますか？皮をナイフで切ればいい」といった趣旨の返答をされ、少し馬鹿にされたような印象を受け、とても悲しい気持ちになりました。
カットサービスが難しいのであれば、そのように丁寧に説明していただければ十分納得できました。しかし、実際に渡された食事用ナイフでは果物を切るのは難しく、対応にも配慮が感じられなかったことが残念です。全体のサービスが良かっただけに、この時のスタッフの対応だけが強く印象に残ってしまいました。
