Llegué de noche, con lluvia y no había letrero visible, no había gente en la recepción, a los 10 minutos que me retiré me contactaron y eso no es posible, no recomiendo este lugar

Buen hotel en Villarrica.

La calidad de los servicios, desayuno, wifi, etc

Cons:

El movimiento/ruido de los pasajeros del piso superior, se transmite totalmente por la estructura del edificio. Muy molesto a la hora de dormir.. Dejé un gorro olvidado al retirarme y no fui avisado, a pesar de que tienen mi número de celular.

La amabilidad, cercanía y buena disposición del personal es increíble, son personas muy preocupadas de dar un excelente servicio.

Cons:

Si bien el centro esta cerca, no es 100% caminable, debido a lo empinado de la ubicación en la que se encuentra. No es un problema en sí, pero sin vehículo, la subida es muy cansadora.
