Hotel schließt am 01.08. - das merkt man an allen Ecken und Enden
Cons:

1) Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer: die Tapeten fallen von den Wänden, als auch die Vorhänge. Es roch modrig. Der Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert, ebenso wenig der Fernseher (was nach Reklamation einen Tag späte behoben war, da das Antennenkabel gefehlt hat, der Kühlschrank funktionierte nach wie vor nicht).

2) Das Wasser der Dusche war – auch wenn man das Wasser länger laufen ließ – kalt.

3) Das Restaurant ist wohl schon seit Wochen geschlossen, auf der Webseite findet sich hierzu kein Hinweis. Am Hotel klebt ein Zettel, dass das Haus seit diesem Jahr nur noch mit Frühstück angeboten wird. Also erzählen Sie hier auf Ihrer Webseite falsche Dinge!

4) Frühstück: im angeblich frisch gemachten Obstsalat befanden sich vergärte Früchte, ebenso hatte das Bircher Müsli einen sauren Geschmack. Auch ein in der Thermoskanne bereits abgestandener Filterkaffee hat nichts mit einem 4-Sterne –Haus zu tun, hier kann ich zumindest einen Kaffee aus einem Vollautomaten erwarten.

Pros:

Приехали поздно, около 22.30. Предупредили. Нам сообщили, что ключ будет в боксе.
Однако его там не оказалось. Мы уже готовились ночевать на полу, на коврике.
Потом какой-то мужчина принёс откуда-то ключи, среди них был и ключ от нашей комнаты.
С утра на рецепции понять не могли почему так получилось.
Однако утром очень отзывчивый персонал извинялся.
Отличный завтрак!!!

Если бы не приключение с ключами , всё бы было хорошо.

Pros:

Das Hotel sieht etwas verwaist aus. Es fehlt an Pflege drinnen wie draussen.
Das Restaurant ist schon vor einiger Zeit geschlossen worden und das Hotel schliesst definitiv Ende Juli 2025.
Es wäre ein wunderschönes Hotel muss aber gepflegt werden.
Bin gespannt ob es je wieder eröffnet wird.

A lovely place to stay for a golf break.
Pros:

It suited our needs perfectly for our golf weekend. Clean, very good restaurant, near golf course and lots of walking/hiking routes. A beautiful part of Germany.

Cons:

Nothing I disliked about the property.

Good stop off stay when travelling near Lörrach
Pros:

It’s a nice quiet hotel so good for a nights sleep. Basic facilities but clean and fresh . The pool and spa facilities are great

Cons:

It’s a bit remote if you want to eat late as the restaurant closes at 9 or so
