Das Personal sehr freundlich beginnend beim Wmpfang bis zumFrühstückspersonal. Wir haben einige Anwendungen ge-
bucht und wurden in der Beauty Abteilung sehr gut behandelt. Überrascht waren wir von den großen und suberen Zim-
mern. OK der aufzug machte manchmal seltsame Geräusche aber er hielt durch. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr familienfreind-
lich. Manche Eltern lärmen lauter als ihr Kids. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Sehr gut dass der zugewiesene Tisch bleibt.
OK die langen Laufwege sind der Größe der Anlage geschuldet. Beim Parken hatten wir kein Problem. Es sind genügend
Plätze vorhanden. Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr gut. Fernsehgerät ein wenig weit weg von den Couch. Gewöhnt man sich
daran. Der Badebereich ist gut gestaltet. Die Öffnungszeiten bis spät abends finden wir gut. Respekt davor was man aus
den Gegebenheiten dieses riesigen, in die Jahre gekommenen Gebäudes gemacht hat. Das ist bei der Bauart nicht ein-
fach, spricht ein auch in die Jahre gekommener Architekt.

Cons:

Bitte den Türschließer im Haus 1 im 3. OG reparieren. Die im direkten Zimmer fallen bestimmt jedesmal aus den Betten.
Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir nur 3 Nächte gebucht haben. Wir hätten es schon noch eine Weile ausgehalten.

Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Tolle Saunalandschaft! Gute Qualität des Frühstücks.

Cons:

Betten hart und schmal; als Einzelgast muss man das Frühstück in einem kalten Nebenraum essen, der weit vom Buffet weg ist - schade.

The food was okay (not great) but the dining area was chaos with kids running everywhere during the meals

- Wi-Fi worked off and on (mostly off)
- Expensive for what you get
- Made me get an extra room as they wouldn’t allow my child to stay in our room with 3 people…it’s a family hotel (doesn’t make sense)
- Would never stay here or recommend to anyone

Pretty bad; won’t be staying or recommending to anyone
Pros:

The breakfast was a decent buffet and met our needs; location was great. Aside from these two points the rest was not good.

Cons:

- The rooms are old and outdated
- Hotel staff was rude as we didn’t speak German and were treated very differently
- Rooms are hot and stuffy with no fans or A/C
- Only single beds and couldn’t accommodate a third person (child) and made us pay for an additional room
- Kids run wild everywhere…a bit like a scene out of Lord of the flies
