Dirty not suitable to stay due to poor hygiene
Pros:

Only staff were polite, humble and willing to help.

Cons:

There were old bath towel available in the bathroom.
Toilet was not so cleaned and having bad smell. The lift was also not working many times a day.

Located near temples. Some may find that the room is a little bit small but that's ok. Hotel also has food facilities neat and clean . Good budget friendly hotel. And family safe

Pros:

Place is located on main road, easy to find, well connected and is pretty close to Banke Bihari temple

Cons:

Considering the facilities at the hotel in a city like Vrindavan room tariff was very high. There was no kettle, no facility of keeping extra water in the room, the thermas kept was empty, cost of food even tea was expensive.
Room service guy didn't know the whereabouts when we tried to check on some nearby location etc.
Window glass was not clean, soap dish was rusted. Bathing stool was too low, soap dispensers were not very clean, also not properly filled

Cons:

Room cleanliness, Front office staff in the night was rude, parking issues , fan not working same was informed to reception no action taken , restaiurant was over crowded and have to wait for 45 minutes for food

Location was the best! Pleasant and comfortable stay!

Cons:

For the price, breakfast should have been included! And there was no room service before 6.30 am!
