Cons:

Check in was bad - there is no staff, it's a code to enter a room. But despite getting 3 emails (one was a grubhub code), they did not send the code by email, instead, by text - I'm international and could not receive texts... It was stupid, worrying, and stressful. Why would you not simply send me the code by email like all other communication??

Pros:

Convenient to our activities. Enjoyed having mini fridge and ability to use microwave and toaster.

Cons:

The remote in Room 3 did not work well for my father. He said the buttons would not move to allow him to move left or right to select a streaming service or channel. It was a significant struggle for him and made it so that he could not enjoy TV during his down time.
Shower was a bit small.

Wouldn't Recommend For Professional's and Business Trips
Pros:

It was easy to get in with the keypad and the HVAC system worked well.

Cons:

This is essentially an Airbnb. There is not a front desk, there is not an elevator, and the unit is worn. The bathroom knobs are rusting and the walls and floors were incredibly thin. The bed was saggy and noisy. I'm happy on only stayed here for one night.

Definitely not pleasant experience
Pros:

Fairly reasonable price

Cons:

Loud air conditioning, not working thermostat, many signs of wear and tear such as smudges, dirty walls, broken blinds, plastic under the sheets.

Rip-off, Not a hotel, requires online face & ID picture, collecting your biometrics.
Pros:

Has a fridge, microwave, & sink.

Cons:

No one on site, ring-doorbell broken, no elevator, lots of stairs, worn & dated spaces.

Good -not great.
Pros:

Spacious. Clean. Location. Responsive staff.

Cons:

Blind would not close. No luggage rack. No dresser for clothes. Squeaky bed. Nasty handles in bathroom cabinet. Can hear upstairs neighbors walking. Very small shower. Up and down stairs to get to unit.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und die Unterkunft hat schnell per Mail auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir hatten einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz gebucht der direkt neben dem Haus war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer Nr. 6 ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Inventar doch schon recht abgelebt und müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Teilweise Flecken an Wänden und Vorhängen sowie auf den Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Dusche bzw. das ganze Bad sehr klein. Man hat nicht genügend Haken für seine nassen Handtücher. Unser Zimmer war außerdem sehr hellhörig und wir konnten jeden Schritt vom Bewohner über uns hören. Klimaanlage sehr laut.

I would not recommend to a person over 5’3” and with extra pounds or disabilities.

Ceiling was very low on the 2nd floor, lighting- too dark, poor wifi connection, bathroom was very small, shower was super small. It was difficult to bring my luggage upstairs.
