Great location and neighborhood
Pros:

I loved the location. The place was extremely spacious with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and some utensils/plates; sort of a mini-kitchenette. It was great that the Roku in our TV had already signed in Netflix and Hulu TV. We have to leave our bags before our check-in time to be able to attend a commitment. Management was responsive and helpful in allowing me to leave our belongings while our room was being clean and prepared. The lady who was preparing our room was very nice and helpful. The space was quiet and never heard anyone while staying there, despite being the 4th of July weekend. I was supposed to take my 15 lbs dog but due to the excessive fireworks display that was going to happen in town, I prefer to leave him with his sitter. The place seems pet friendly and has a fee of $15 per night which is pretty fair price.

Cons:

Depite the neighborhood feeling and looking safe, and requiring a lock/code to enter the building, our door had some difficulties latching which was a little concerning. Parking was full by the time I reached out, but I used a parking lot app closer to Dupont Circle.

SCAM, AVOID, NEVER
Pros:

SCAM! Especially when you come from an "obviously" non-US country. For a price of a four-star hotel I was given a room in a backstreet with no window but a what they call a "patio". I did get a view - to bypassing garbage cars!

Cons:

Everything, including the accommodation's owner. I got the worst room next to laundry room, one that is probably used by staff, most likely due to my Central European surname.

Clean centric apartment with al you need.
Pros:

Clean apartment, cozy beds. Great location. Easy self check-in, easy check-out. Lots of towels and nicely equipped.

Terrible, unresponsive, should have gotten a much better value for what I paid.

the location to my conference

Cons:

everything. the entire room reeked of smoke and when I texted and emailed the property if i could switch rooms because I'm PREGNANT, I got no response. the room stank so bad that my clothes that I brought to wear to the conference also stank.

First and foremost location, but also nice inventory, helpful staff, the size of the room, nice beds.

Cons:

The shower needs to be fixed, because you either bath in semi hot temperature or semi cold. It's fine, but it's definitely an area of future improvement :)

Pros:

Super Lage, Mann konnte alle Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und war sehr sauber. Die Dusche ein wenig klein für größere Menschen.
Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Have always loved Sojourn @ Dupont Cir, now parking too expensive & some quality items are lacking.
Pros:

My family has been staying at Sojourn at Dupont Circle for years, as we need to visit the Russian Embassy periodically. Love the independent, contactless check-in. Not having to deal with a front desk is great. Location is awesome. Good variety of room options to suit one's needs.

Cons:

Some things could use upgrading: The sleeper sofa was unusable for an adult. Cushions/springs were completely blown out. Fortunately, my 5-year-old son was fine with it. The door was out of alignment & took force to open, close, lock, unlock. For the price you pay, parking should be free and more coffee pods should be provided, complimentary.

Very central and quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Double layered blinds so that more lights could be blocked.
