Everything was exceptional..the service, the staff, the food..I would definetely visit again and has its own private little beach!!

Stayed at The Culture Samui and had a really great experience overall. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed. The location is also convenient with a nice beach vibe around the property.

One small issue was the noise from the nearby club at night, but the team was responsive and tried to assist. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Koh Samui.

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Culture Samui und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Schon beim Ankommen waren wir positiv überrascht. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist modern, stilvoll und sehr geschmackvoll im Boho-Stil eingerichtet. Dieses Designkonzept zieht sich durch die gesamte Anlage und sorgt sofort für eine entspannte und hochwertige Atmosphäre.

Wir hatten ursprünglich eine Private Pool Villa gebucht und fragten direkt beim Check-in nach einem Upgrade auf die Beachfront Pool Villa. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und erklärte uns, dass ein Upgrade erst ab dem nächsten Tag möglich sei. Daher verbrachten wir die erste Nacht in der normalen Poolvilla und wechselten anschließend für die restlichen drei Nächte in die Beachfront Villa. Den Aufpreis haben wir absolut nicht bereut.

Die Beachfront Villa war wirklich ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Man hat dort eigene Liegemöglichkeiten direkt am Strand, einen privaten Pool sowie eine sehr gemütliche Terrasse. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war unglaublich entspannt und privat – perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Bemühungen des gesamten Personals. Alle Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und sehr angenehm im Umgang.

Auch die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet – sowohl im Zimmer als auch in der gesamten Hotelanlage. Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und hochwertig.

Ein möglicher Kritikpunkt könnte für manche Gäste die Lage des Hotels sein, da es sich direkt neben dem Flughafen befindet und regelmäßig Flugzeuge darüber fliegen. Uns persönlich hat das jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört.

Ebenfalls liest man in einigen Bewertungen, dass der Beachclub nebenan relativ laut sein soll. Wir können das nur teilweise bestätigen. Wenn man durch die Anlage spaziert, hört man die Musik zwar gelegentlich, in unserer Villa selbst haben wir davon allerdings kaum etwas mitbekommen und empfanden es zu keiner Zeit als störend.

A nice overnight stop over on our way to Koh Phangan. Clean and convenient. Close to everything - beach, shops, eateries, massage.

Vriendelijk personeel met oog voor persoonlijke aandacht. Bij terugkomst op de kamer lag er telkens een kleine treat klaar.

De kamers zien er zeer netjes en schoon uit, zijn ruim opgezet en hebben een mooi interieur. De locatie is ideaal, alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op ongeveer 15 minuten afstand.

Het hotel regelde bovendien altijd een taxi wanneer we die nodig hadden. We kregen een VIP-busje tegen een nette prijs en alles was steeds keurig op tijd geregeld.

Ook het strand is prettig: rustig en niet te druk, maar wel levendig genoeg.

- Room was so clean, spacious and tidy. Good AC.
- Bed and Pillows are super comfortable. Best two nights sleep we have had in a long time.
- All essential amenities provided in the room.
- Bathroom so modern, great shower.
- The food is absolutely delicious. We had breakfast and dinner here and we enjoyed it all.
- The hotel has a decent gym for a short stay.
- The pool area is very clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfortable and there is also loungers available on the beach.
- The hotel went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We could not have chosen a better place to spend our birthdays. Special mentions to Aum, Ti and Ahmie!!!

Absolument tout était parfait.
Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant.
L’emplacement est parfait facile de se déplacer avec des Grab et salon de massage tout le long de la rue.
L’hôtel est très confortable, la vue est à couper le souffle depuis les chambres. Les cinq étoiles sont amplement méritées. Le petit déjeuner, compris dans notre séjour était impeccable, riche et variée pour tous les goûts.
Je vous recommande vivement de booker cet hôtel, ce n’est pas le plus cher, mais clairement dans des meilleurs.
