Nice for a short stay
Pros:

Well appointed, well maintained, lovely staff. Amazing inside.

Wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und liebevolles Personal, immer aufmerksam und sehr ordentlich. Der Pool sehr gut gepflegt.

Das Frühstück ist super, auch hier steht der Service an erster Stelle.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir waren wärend Songkran im Hotel und hatten vor, Songkran ich Chaweng zu feiern. Es war jedoch so toll vor dem Hotel, mit allen Angestellten zu feiern, sodass wir gar nicht weg wollten.
Auch die Zimmer und die Organisation waren super.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :)

Utmärkt läge och lagom stort premiumhotell med en familjär känsla.
Med kort/billig taxitur tar man sig enkelt till fisherman’s village eller Chaweng som bjuder på både puls, marknader, shopping och trevliga restauranger.

Lovely staff and great location!
Pros:

The staff was incredible, so helpful and kind! Our room was great and right on the beach. The pool was very nice too. Very nice hotel!
They accommodated our vegan breakfast request and were super helpful overall!

Cons:

They are going through constructions in some areas of the hotel, so there were a lot of employees around the pool and beach areas which was a bit uncomfortable.

Lovely oasis with great staff
Pros:

Fantastic staff, always friendly & welcoming. Amazing pool villa which I didn’t want to leave! Great breakfast

Cons:

Bit of maintenance work going on but that would be temporary & was luck of the draw

Despite the friendly staff and cleanliness, the stay was marred by a lack of room privacy and disappointing, overcrowded
Pros:

The room was clean, and the staff were nice

Cons:

The hotel private beach is on harbor so the beach is unpleasant, so as the water of the pool there are only 8 seats available and they are always occupied so there is no place to sit.

The room is small and exposed to all the guests at the pool and there is no privacy.

Overall, the stay was fairly average and did not feel worth the price of the room.
Pros:

The room was nice, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The staff were very kind and friendly throughout the stay.

Cons:

The view from the room was not very nice. I could see the sea, but the rest of the view looked more like an industrial area. Breakfast did not accommodate many vegan options, although if you are not vegan there were plenty of choices available.
