Great apart from beach club next door.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and very responsive. Rooms were spacious with a view of the sea. The pool was great. We always managed to get a bed by the pool at anytime during the day. Short 10 min drive to Fisherman village.

Cons:

The other reviews about the beach club next door are correct. It didn’t keep us up at night but if you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is not the hotel for you. It’s the only negative that I can think of.

Pros:

The property was in a great location close to all of the key transport infrastructure (Koh Samui Airport & Bangrak Pier). It had amazing facilities where you could just disconnect and relax by the poolside, with great service by the staff.

The service team were great & so lovely. When I was checking out and heading to Bangrak Pier, they were so lovely & assisted in taking my baggage to the Pier & checking me into my ferry.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Hotelanlage, Zimmer, Lage und Pool waren super. Sehr saubere Anlage. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker. Abends wurde das Bett gerichtet und wurde

Wir würden immer wieder das Hotel buchen, wir werden definitiv nochmal kommen.

Uitzonderlijk hoog serviceniveau en een all-round topervaring aan het strand.
Pros:

Het serviceniveau is hier echt next level. Van aankomst tot vertrek stond het personeel letterlijk binnen 30 seconden voor je klaar. Alles wordt moeiteloos geregeld via de hotel-app: drankjes in het zwembad, massages en zelfs eilandtours. De locatie aan het strand gecombineerd met het mooie zwembad maakt de ervaring compleet. Onze suite met privébad op het balkon was een absolute highlight. Daarnaast werd de kamer dagelijks perfect schoongemaakt en kregen we elke dag een lokale lekkernij uit de cultuur van Koh Samui. Zelfs nadat we al naar Krabi waren gevlogen en onze tandenborstellader waren vergeten, hebben ze deze direct de volgende ochtend gratis naar ons doorgestuurd — dat zegt alles over hun service mindset.

Cons:

Eerlijk gezegd niets noemenswaardigs. Het verblijf was van begin tot eind uitstekend geregeld.

Nett, aber ohne Suchtfaktor
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, stets lächelnd und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht . Weil es nur 50 Zimmer gibt, sehr familiäre Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Eigentlich jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber wir waren bis dato in 5* Hotels internationaler Ketten und da kann das The Culture nicht mit.
Weiters ist der Strand sehr schmal und auf der Rasen Liegefläche gibt es keine Sonnenschirme, den spärlichen Schatten spenden ein paar Palmen.

Wonderful holiday

Everything. Wonderful staff, great pool, comfortable beds, great shower and wonderful view.

Cons:

Road works outside, but that's no fault of the hotel. Don't be put off by the outside. Inside is lovely

Pros:

Breakfast was really good, staff were great and so friendly! Pool was amazing, just a really nice hotel in general

Cons:

The beach club next door was a little loud and echoed into the pool area and our room at times. Didn't enjoy fighting for a bed by the pool much either
