The rooms were very smelly and not clean, breakfast was bad
Ich habe eine Nacht vor meinem Rückflug dort übernachtet als ich mit der Fähre von Koh Pahngan zurück kam, das Pier liegt zu Fuss ein paar Minuten entfernt. Super Ausstattung und sehr moderne Zimmer und Poolanlage.
Der Strand ist etwas schmal für einen langen Strandurlaub nicht geeignet aus meiner Sicht.
Hotel mit Beach Club nebenan, somit laute Musik tagsüber.

The property is beautiful and not far from the airport of Koh Samui. The view from our room was beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable and we had a very clean room.
The language barrier, which caused us to have an un smooth check out which resulted in additional costs to pay, due to an additional service we requested at the hotel. We initially wanted to immediately pay our massages, but the hotel seems to prefer us to pay everything at check out, which isn’t convenient for us.
We had a wonderful stay at Culture Samui Hotel during our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located right by the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Lala ana Niga always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. Their hospitality really made a difference and helped make our trip even more special.
The pool, beach views, and facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend Culture Samui Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Koh Samui.

Modern design, high quality room fit-out, amazing sea views from higher floors, attractive pool and sun lounge area, good breakfast buffet and pleasant staff.
Loud bass noise late at night from beach club next door, difficulty accessing nearby shops due to road works. Gym lacks an exercise bike.
No English TV channels apart from.BBC News.

Chambre ultra humide, sol mouillé, odeur de moisissure. Eau de la douche qui ne s’évacue pas. catastrophique pour un hôtel, cinq étoiles si on compare avec ce qu’on trouve ailleurs à Koh Samui ou à Bangkok. Surtout avec un enfant en bas âge, et en plus impossible de changer de chambre.
Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special mention to the staff — everyone from the reception team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
From Front office Ms.Nanny was truly exceptional and made our experience even more memorable with her kindness and care. If you’re traveling with family and children, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

It was perfect in every sense
Stayed at The Culture Samui and had a really great experience overall. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed. The location is also convenient with a nice beach vibe around the property.
One small issue was the noise from the nearby club at night, but the team was responsive and tried to assist. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Koh Samui.
