חדרים נקיים ומרווחים. צוות עוזר, ארוחת בוקר מפנקת.בריכה נחמדה.
מיקום לא טוב רחוק מהכל. בחדר שחורב לא היה בעייה והיה מצויין בוילה עם הבריכה הפרטית היו הרבה בעיות - לא היה מים חמים במקלחת והג׳קוזי כל הזמן הפסיק לעובד. בסוף עם תיקנו את הבעייה אז נאלצנו להמתין שיתקנו ולקרוא להם שוב ושו.,כן נתנו פיצוי של ארוחת צהריים חינם אך משלמים הרבה על הוילה והיו תקלות רבות בה. לא בטוח ששווה לקחת את הוילה. כל השאר היה מצויין.

Booked the room with balcony just above the swimming pool, and everything was as lovely as it was in the photos! The room was spacious, and there was even a beach bag provided for us to use. The staff are lovely and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m around.
There was some road maintenance/construction happening right outside the hotel, which I already found out from other reviews before I booked. Not the hotel’s fault though, and I could still easily get a Grab so it wasn’t a big deal.
Everything was excellent. The room was very clean, spacious, and well organized. The ocean and garden views were beautiful. The couch inside the room and on the balcony was very comfortable. The breakfast had many varieties and tasted great. The beach bar was amazing, and the room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What made the experience even more special was the staff ; they went above and beyond, especially the bar team. They turned our regular dinner into an amazing romantic dinner night for me and my wife, which made our stay unforgettable.
The only thing I noticed was that the resort itself is not as big as it appears in the pictures, and the overall compound feels a bit narrower in person than expected. Also, the beach is not the best for swimming. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

I know the hotel as a regular customer since its previous name, U SAMUI, and I must say that it maintains a high standard even today. The staff provides excellent service, especially Mrs. Aum. The food is delicious and rich, the room is clean and excellent, 408.
The road next to the hotel is undergoing renovations so the little parking that was supposed to be there is no longer available and this is a big problem for those arriving by car. Another thing is the Club 76 hotel which has loud music from 12pm to 9pm. There is no quiet moment. It is clear to me that this is not up to the hotel, but it is important for those who want to stay to know. In any case, I highly recommend the hotel.
We stayed there because we were leaving for another island the next day & needed to be within walking distance of the ferry terminal. What a wonderful surprise- huge room with massive balcony and stunning ocean view! Great breakfast too!
Lovely hotel right on the beach. Beautiful pool with gorgeous sunsets. Large rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic very central and walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier.
