Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals und die Lage des Hotels. Die Zimmer waren schön, das Bett gemütlich und das Frühstück umfangreich. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit abends im Hotel zu essen, was wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Hotel gehört nicht unbedingt zu den günstigsten, eher teureren, aber der Komfort und die genannten Punkte rechtfertigen dies auch großteils.

Einfach fantastisch
Pros:

Wer es bayrisch familiär authentisch sympathisch und rustikal mag, ist im Alpenhotel Bergzauber sehr gut aufgehoben. Antje und Markus sind sehr herzlich und sympathisch zu den Gästen. Von dem Balkon aus hatten wir einen fantastischen Blick über die Alpen und die Berge. Die besten Tipps zum Wandern gehen und Ausflugsziele bekommt man vor Ort alles detailliert erklärt. Alles in einem sind wir so gut zufrieden gewesen das wir für nächstes Jahr nochmal gebucht haben. Essen und Frühstücken kann man vor Ort genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Raňajky skvelé, personál vo veľmi dobrej úrovni, pani síce povedala že nevie po anglicky, ale vedela po anglicky minimálne B2 úroveň. Celkový servis vynikajúci, odporúčam každému.

Chalet auberge de montagne

Un cadre de montagne très agréable, un style de bon gros chalet au décors régional
Des hôtes serviables
Une chambre spacieuse avec un grand balcon
Parking juste devant l'hébergement
Très bon petit déjeuner buffet, très varié et avec des produits de très bonne qualité
Possibilité de dîner sur place

Cons:

Emplacement un peu excentré à la périphérie d'un petit village, véhicule indispensable pour se déplacer
Salle de bain un peu trop petite, et peu pratique : manque d'étagères, accroche des serviettes au dessus des toilettes.
Terrasse bruyante en soirée juste en dessous de notre balcon : on doit fermer les fenêtres pour être au calme. Seule solution alors qu'il faisait très chaud. Le triple vitrage est heureusement efficace pour le bruit.
Prix un peu élevé pour l'ensemble

Heerlijk bed, fijne douche en top-ontbijt met allerlei verse producten. Parkeerruimte bij hotel. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijn terras om buiten te ontbijten. Locatie was voor ons doel (bezoeken Salzburg) prima.

Cons:

Terras helaas niet rookvrij. Niet fijn als je zit te ontbijten in sigarettenrook.
Geen airco. Was bloedheet tijdens ons verblijf.

Pros:

Hyggeligt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed og venligt og imødekommende personale. Vi blev modtaget af stedet hund, hvilket børnene elskede. Vi spiste aftensmad på stedet da vi ankom og det smagte fantastisk. Værelserne var pæne og rene.
