Pathetic experince.
Pros:

Pathetic experience , room was not as shown in pics. Room was different as shown in pics it was like scam or misleading. Don't misguide the tourists and please I not recommend this to anyone.

Cons:

Room was like very very small and it was like Rat-hole. Don't take this property every better to stay on railway platform.

Pros:

Staff was nice they served us the best with the limited resources they can.

Cons:

Rooms were completely opposite to the advertised photos, with broken bathtubs, malfunctioning TVs in one room, and a broken wash basin.No charging points near the beds, moist walls, dirty balconies, and unclean floors required us to request basic cleaning repeatedly.Low maintenance overall, with no lift available and no complimentary amenities like soap, shampoo, or towels.Also the location is far from local attractions like sangam etc

Pros:

The breakfast was poor. I expected from the advert that the hotel was near the railway station. It was miles away. The sheets were dirty , the mattress should have been thrown out years ago and the hot water was negligible and the plumbing was abysmal and the the urinal was blocked. I had to pay for the hotel in rupees so I need a refund on my money.

Pros:

Excellent hotel. Great service and ambience.. We loved this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed.

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just at the check-in and checkout. The location is great- very near Prayagraj Junction Railway Station. I would recommend it to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Prayagraj.
