Good spa and restaurant. Enjoyed our one-night stay.
Pros:

The restaurant was very good. We enjoyed our dinner there, especially the excellent desserts. The location was good for us; outside the town, in a very pretty setting, en route from Rila to Bansko.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καλό, καθαρό και είχε όλες τις ανέσεις ,όπως και το σπα. Το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο εξαιρετικό και ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος υπέροχος και ήσυχος… ιδανικά για ξεκούραση ..!!!!

Für eine Übernachtung okay. Weit entfernt von einem internationalen 4-Sterne Standard

Cons:

Unaufmerksames Personal, dass lieber am Smartphone hängt und sich vom Gast gestört fühlt.
Erst zahlen dann wird die Rechnung gezeigt 😳
Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen
Restaurant sehr unflexibel bei der Bestellung und miserabel im Service ( Hauptgang kommt vor dem Salat) und im zubereiten der Speisen ( Chicken war trocken, faserig, zäh ….)

Pros:

Läget var toppen, lugnt och avskilt. Spaavdelning var fräsch, det fanns ett stort utbud av behandlingar. lunch och middagsmaten i restaurangen var jättebra. Personalen pratade bra engelska.
Rummet hade kylskåp och var välstädat.
Parkering fanns precis utanför.

Cons:

Frukosten levde inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna. Från bilderna på Booking hade vi trott att det skulle finnas mer att välja på.
