Very nice staff, rooms clean and adequate but the property needs a serious upgrade.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming, the breakfast was fairly standard but good, ie. Not much choice, very basic but cooked well. Nowadays folks expect a bit more variety and healthier choices.

Cons:

The whole Inn needs to be redecorated and updated. The owner needs to invest more heavily in bringing it up to modern day standards.

Pros:

La camera era stupenda, molto grande e pulita. La colazione è buona: si può scegliere tra alcune pietanze preparate al momento dalla cucina ed alcune altre opzioni di base. La struttura ha un parcheggio privato ma ci sono anche molti posti liberi sulla strada. Il pezzo forte è sicuramente il whisky bar sottostante con una buona cucina ed un assortimento di whisky incredibile. Tatsuya, il padrone di casa, è un grande esperto di whisky ed è molto gentile ed attento alla clientela.

Pros:

Nice country pub with atmosphere, excellent staff and service from everyone was fantastic.
Very friendly welcome, good pub dinner and excellent breakfast. The bar was incredible, has a vast range of single malts, the bar staff incredibly knowledgeable. A unique country pub in the highlands.

Unique and great place to stay if hiking or holidaying on the area
Pros:

The most interesting place I stayed all week whilst hiking the Speyside Way. Just metres away from the route. Really unique place. Amazing choice of whiskeys. Lovely, friendly staff. Nice big room which is handy for rucksack unpacking and repack. Food good, service great.

Nothing.

日本のバーテンダーの底力を感じさせていただきました。
Pros:

朝食は本格的なイギリスのブレックフャーストを頂け満足しました。お部屋のバスもお湯が張れてゆっくり浸かることができました。夜のバーは、こちらでボトリングされたウイスキーを堪能させていただき、地元ウイスキー業界の話も色いるとお聞かせいただけたためになりました。2泊ぐらいしませんとスペイサイドの蒸留所をすべて回ることはできませんね。また行きます。

L’atenció del personal i que és un hotel amb encant amb un típic pub escocés on menja molt bé i es pot degustar una gran varietat de whysckys

Cons:

Les finestres deixen entrar molta llum a les 4-5h del matí i costa dormir amb tanta llum a l’estiu

Great room, great food, amazing whiskey selection!
Pros:

I was a little nervous that I didn't get off of the Speyside Way trail when I should have - only to find that the back of the hotel accessed the trail directly. Quite literally ON the trail - was perfect after a long day of hiking.

Food was fabulous, wait and bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable when trying to select a whiskey to try. Room was fabulous, tub was large and allowed for a much needed soak.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard, felt like it bottoms out when sitting on it but was decent to sleep on.
