Good location, value for money
Pros:

Good location in the city centre, walking distance to many cafe restaurants & famous Lombok culinary. They also upgraded my room for free :)

Pleasant surprise
Pros:

The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. The rooftop was a good surprise, for a drink and breakfast. Staff was friendly :)

Cons:

Different menus at the reception and restaurant (rooftop), which result in surcharge at the end (American breakfast for example).

Modern clean place
Pros:

Had to stay overnight in Mataram because of the rain. Had a late check-in. Staff met me and helped with the check-in. Later, Wan also helped me retrieve my motorbike, which I had left at the petrol station—a good location, with modern new rooms and a good cafe upstairs.

Simple nice hostel but need improved
Pros:

The place pretty cozy and clean. I love the room decoration and there's a little pantry in the corner. But sadly the room service was'nt good enough, some staff speak & laugh louder, not friendly & helpfull yet. Must be improvement for staff hospitality, and the hostel will be favourite place to stay in mataram.

Excellent for the price point, staff were delightful
Pros:

Liked the location, nice and central - close to Epicentrum, and the things I need to be near - rooms were exactly as advertised, breakfast was standard, but good, rooftop cafe was lovely. Overall excellent for the price point.

Cons:

Outside of their control, but they were having some plumbing issues at the time. Again, outside of their control, but street noise was a little hectic one day as parades were going past.

We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. The hotel provides excellent value for money.
Pros:

Very nice and helpful staff, the room was very clean and room service came every day to make the bed and change towels.
Very nice roof terrace with good food directly in the hotel. I loved the pancakes in the morning :)

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were some communication problems with the staff because their English was not perfect. However, the hotel is fairly new and we are sure that they will improve their English over time.
It was difficult to find vegetarian/vegan food in the restaurant, but if you like meat and seafood you will definitely love their kitchen.

Surprisingly Stylish!
Pros:

Hidden gem! Rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish. Genuinely one of the nicest looking rooms I’ve stayed in. Staff were nice. Good variety available at the rooftop cafe.
