Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Struttura curatissima, personale molto molto gentile, pulizia 10 e lode, cibo buono anche se avrei preferito, per cena, delle proposte più legate al territorio, tuttavia sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno, consiglio vivamente questo meraviglioso albergo che, per altro, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

L’orario in cui viene servita la cena avrei preferito essere un po’ più esteso, dalle 18.45 alle 19.30 per ma è troppo presto, se fosse almeno fino alle 20.00 sarebbe stato più comodo considerato il fatto di voler usufruire con più calma della meravigliosa zona SPA di cui dispone la struttura prima di recarmi a cena dopo essere rientrata dalla giornata passata a passeggiare, per il resto, tutto perfetto!

Estadia que acompanhou o tempo, perfeito!
Pros:

Quarto super espaçoso, muito confortável e limpo.
Funcionários muito simpáticos, atenciosos e sorridentes.
A piscina, foi um plus, grande suficiente para interior e espaço de espreguiçadeiras também bastante agradável.
Localizado muito perto do centro de Castelrroto (2min a pé), uma cidade muito charmosa, tranquila e com excelente ligações às principais atrações e acessos.

Pros:

Bardzo uprzejmy personel, pyszne jedzenie (kolacja serwowana 4-daniowa + bufet sałatkowy), codziennie sprzątany pokój. Duża narciarnia, bezpośrednio przy hotelu przystanek autobusowy, a samochodem niecałe 10 min. do gondoli Alpe Di Siusi z dużym bezpłatnym parkingiem (zdecydowana większość parkingów przy stokach jest płatna). Napoje do kolacji są dodatkowo płatne. Basen czynny do 18:30, mógłby być trochę dłużej, ale też byliśmy po tej godzinie i nikt nas nie wyprosił. Po przyjeździe mailowo otrzymujemy kartę gościa, która uprawnia do darmowego korzystania z publicznych środków transportu.

Camera molto ampia con balcone, colazione varia e cena con piatti studiati e di qualità.
Personale gentile e disponibile. Valore aggiunto l’area spa.
Molto comodo il garage sotterraneo.
Comodo al paese di Castelrotto e in generale per visitare la Val Gardena.

Cons:

L’acqua della piscina era un po’ fredda.
