King room with garden terrace - beautiful room. Excellent bed. Outlook wonderful
Outdoor pool superb. Gym good.
Food excellent.

Cons:

The dining room - always far too hot and the owners did not like windows being opened. No ambience at all in the dining areas. Needs music and better lighting.
No iron in room - and they charge to iron items. For £350/night I’d expect it to be free.
Amenities in room very basic - only a shampoo/shower gel, no conditioner. No coffee machine, just a kettle. No fresh milk or cartons in room.

Uitstekende luxehotel op wandelafstand van het centrum van Kastelruth
Pros:

Wij verbleven in de nieuwe vleugel in een PRACHTIGE ruime kamer met tuintje. Uitstekend kingsize (breedte én lengte) bed. Erg mooi, modern en praktisch ingericht, grote aparte toiletruimte met bidet en wastafel. Geweldig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Uitmuntende geluidsisolatie, men hoort niets van de baan wanneer het raam dicht is, de deuren vallen zacht dicht en de gangen zijn akoestisch een toonbeeld. De ruime ondergrondse garage is inbegrepen evenals een pas voor het openbaar vervoer wat erg handig is zelf als je met de auto reist. (Bushalte aan het hotel) Prachtig en groot verwarmd overloop buitenzwembad met ruime terras met ligbedden. Zeer goed ontbijt met ruime keuze. Lekker diner, vooral dan de starters, de primeri en zeker de topdesserts. De secundi zouden wat fijner mogen zijn. Uitmuntende wijnen. Behulpzaam personeel en zeer vriendelijke zoon van de eigenaars. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Cons:

Bijzonder weinig!
De sauna kan een upgrade gebruiken. Het personeel dat zeker wel gedienstig is, zou wat meer arbeidsvreugde mogen uitstralen.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel – ideal für Wandern, Golf und ein paar erholsame Tage in Südtirol.
Pros:

Wir haben vier sehr schöne Tage im Hotel Alpenflora verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Zimmer schön und das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam.

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das Frühstück und das sehr gute Abendessen. Auch der Wellness- und Poolbereich ist ideal, um nach einem aktiven Tag etwas zu entspannen.

Für uns war auch die Lage perfekt. Wir waren auf der Seiser Alm wandern und haben in St. Vigil Golf gespielt, beides ist vom Hotel aus sehr gut erreichbar.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel Alpenflora jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Es gibt von unserer Seite nichts Negatives zu erwähnen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Hotelpool ist wunderschön, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und bequeme Liegen.
Unser Zimmer war groß, modern und komfortabel.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Beim Abendessen wurden täglich einige Alternativgerichte wie Pasta und Schnitzel angeboten, die wirklich jeder mag.
Der Kaffee ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Essen war gut und vielfältig, aber kein kulinarisches Highlight. Das ist allerdings Klagen auf hohem Niveau.
Unser Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite. Bei geöffnetem Fenster wurde es in den frühen Morgenstunden relativ laut durch den Verkehr.

Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Très bel hôtel de charme situé à proximité des sites exceptionnels.
Chambre spacieuse, confortable, avec une immense salle d'eau. Salon sur le balcon avec vue magnifique.
