Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, surtout le monsieur qui prépare les petits déjeuners

Cons:

Il fallait réserver pour le restaurant du soir, l’accueil ne nous a pas prévenu
Et c’était que des menus imposés

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others, if only they stayed in a different room than we did.
Pros:

Great proximity to hiking in the Dolomites, and a lot of nearby restaurants and shops to explore. The staff were exceptionally friendly and saw to our needs. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, and morning breakfast was delicious. Great Mountain View from the outdoor patio. Overall, a great stay for the price.

Cons:

Our room got very hot as it was in direct sunlight in the afternoon. We had to keep the balcony door and window wide open all night, which got very loud in the morning. We could hear a lot of outside noise.

sehr nette mitarbeitenden! (danke für den cappucino zum frühstück, der schon auf mich gewartet hat!! <3 ) insgesamt sehr gutes frühstück!

etwas außerhalb von kastelruth, ausstattung teilweise schon sehr in die jahre gekommen

Un bon emplacement, un hôtel confortable.
Pros:

Emplacement, l’accès aux sommets, le calme, le personnel, chambres ok.

Cons:

Bon petit déjeuner, mais pas assez fourni, des 8:30 il n’y a plus rien, le personnel fait au mieux pour trouver des solutions.

Pros:

La propreté. La réactivité de la propriétaire.

Cons:

Lit et oreillers durs et pas confortables. Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits .. la chambre était semi enterrée, la fenêtre sur un passage et une petite pelouse de jeux donnant sur la chambre . Aucune intimité si nous ne fermions pas les rideaux et impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte durant la nuit .
La propriétaire nous a proposé une autre chambre mais avec un supplément.. elle a accepté que nous annulions la nuit suivante puisqu elle n avait pas d’autre chambre disponible..

Pros:

Las habitaciones son preciosas, camas súper cómodas, personal amabilisimo, te reciben con una bebida de bienvenida que ya es un detallazo y para rematar el spa que tienen aunque pequeñito esta fenomenal (saunas, jacuzzi, diferentes duchas).

El desayuno es todo de productos locales y bollería hecha por ellos, desde luego volveríamos a reservar este hotel.

Pros:

El hotel es bonito y la habitación con balcón ideal. Las almohadas me encantaron. Está súper bien ubicado para ir a Seceda, Alpe di Siusi y Castelrotto. La chica argentina de la recepción es majísima.

Cons:

Añadiría algo de fruta en el desayuno.

호텔은 관리안되게 노후되어있고 7월 날씨가 더운데 에어컨이 없어서 더웠고 불편했어요
체크아웃 안하고 9시전에 잠시 밖에 다녀왔는데 룸 청소를 해놔서 룸 이용 못하고 쫒겨난 기분으로 체크아웃했어요🥲🥲 너무해요
