Unbelievable location, lovely room. Had an upgrade as first room the toilet flooded when flushed. Amazing lady at front desk.

Heating was switched off overnight. The room became freezing with just a summertime duvet on the bed. I had to get dressed to keep warm and looked forward to getting in my van in the morning for heat.

The bed itself was also extremely uncomfortable. The mattress had visibly sagged in the middle and was so hard it was the equivalent of laying on the floor.

Be aware, property doesn't offer breakfast at all. Reception is only attended from 2pm also.

Being an old building, the floors are warped, uneven and very noisy with creaking which can be heard inside the room.

Will definitely not stay again. I have stayed in better £40 per night accommodation.
