Budget room but would recommend
Pros:

Easy check in and out. No frills room but spotlessly clean and central location, easy to park in pay and display opposite (cheap as well). Lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the lakes and local walks.

Cons:

Nothing

Disappointing
Pros:

It was at least quiet at night

Cons:

Old mattress, old room, rotten floorboards in bathroom and bedroom, stained sheet, dusty on top of lamp and clearly not cleaned properly. Disgusting communal carpets. This is the best Cockermouth has to offer, the town is ripe for a hotelier to come and do it properly

Günstiges Hotel in guter Lage mit hohem Renovierungsbedarf
Pros:

Das Personal war herausragend. Alle super nett und hilfsbereit. Ganz toll.

Cons:
