Phòng rộng, khá đẹp, vị trí đẹp
Rèm cửa ban công thiết kế bất hợp lý, rất bất tiện khi ra vào ban công. Có rất nhiều biển dọa phạt khách: như dọa phạt 2tr nếu hút thuốc trong phòng, dọa phạt 5tr nếu đỗ xe trên vỉa hè.... Thay vì dọa phạt thì nên dùng câu từ lịch sự. Khách sạn ko phải là cơ quan công quyền.

Vị trí khách sạn rất ổn, view đẹp
Chất lượng phòng nghỉ kém; chăn ga cũ, sàn gỗ cũ ọp ẹp, tường mốc, khu wc mở cửa khó, áp lực nước cho tắm sen kém. Đối với tiện ích công cộng bể bơi vừa bé lại không tiện nghi, không có phòng gym mặc dù có ghi trong chỉ dẫn.
I faced several significant challenges during my stay, including language barriers, additional charges, maintenance issues with the shower and rooftop repairs, and safety concerns with tools and electrical cables left out. The most frustrating aspect seemed to be the inability to use visa and Mastercard credit cards, which made accessing funds a hassle, requiring multiple trips to an ATM.
Great rooms with nice views over the bay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is not too much around the hotel, but there are restaurants, shops, ATMs and a petrol station in the area.
The only issue I had was that the refrigerator didn't keep my drinks cold.
Clean
Breakfast end too early. End at 9.. wasn’t ideal for kids
The staff were friendly enough, however if they didn’t speak English they would just hang up the phone when you call reception from your room.
The shower was good with hot and cold water.
The bed had stains on the mattress and sheets, this is a cash only establishment no card payment for your room.
All the facilities were closed and don't look they have been open or maintained in a long time this included the pool and gym.
Staffs are very helpful. The electric car service drove us to go to the beach areas.
Location is quite far from the beach. the electric car service time is limited, finished at 6.30pm. After that time we had to walk back. The night time atmosphere was not fun ( dark,and scary) i felt if you go by yourself and your little baby.
Morning breakfast everyday was the same.
Swimming pool was unable to use.
Bathroom.....everytime you take a shower, water is leaking everywhere on the floor.
Breakfast is of poor quality.Its not what we expected for a 4 star rated hotel.( slices of bread, egg, instant powdered coffee /tea or Vietnamese noodles and few slices of watermelon too.You don't have that much to choose from.)
Pool was unavailable, under construction. So was the spa.
