Pros:

Басейнът е страхотен.
Сауната също ни хареса.
Персоналът е любезен.
Храната в ресторанта е вкусна.

Cons:

Стаята, която ни дадоха, беше с легло персон и половина..не беше подходяща за двама човека.

Отделно не беше особено чиста, наложи се да искаме ново покривало, тъй като това в стаята беше с миризма на цигари.

Парната баня е слаба, не успява да достигне нужната температура.

Въпреки това, като цяло ни хареса, главно заради външния минерален басейн.

Pros:

The pool is great and the water is warm. The food is delicious. The service is good.

Cons:

The first day the breakfast was from a menu and everything was great, we ordered pancakes for the kids at 10am and everyone got what they wanted.
We decide to stay a second day and then we were “surprised” with buffet breakfast. There were no pancakes left at 9:45am, even when we asked to order and pay they said they don’t have any mixture left.
Please stop with the stupid buffet breakfast, all guests pay for the same breakfast and if you cannot provide enough food for everyone you should not offer it. While our kids could NOT get pancakes for breakfast, all the other kids were eating pancakes all day around the pool. We are on vacation we don't want to wait in a line first thing in the morning to see who can steal the most food for the day, and we don’t want to pay for such behavior.

Закуската беше прилична. Храната, макар и скъпа ( цените се конкурираха с тези в София и Пловдив), беше вкусна. Обслужването беше хубаво, служителите - мили. Жените много чистеха. Външният басейн е с доста топла вода. WI-FI беше много добър. Местоположението на хотела е прекрасно. Въздухът в подножието на планината- кристален! Природата на България е вълшебна, чак се чудя защо е толкова добра и щедра към хора, които не я заслужават, защото не могат да я оценят! Този хотел е "Меката" за всички, които са решили да идат да си запалят цигара на чист въздух!!!

Cons:

Пари, време и емоции хвърлени а вятъра- такава беше почивката ни! През цялото време се питах, защо това място е оценено толкова високо?! Не е реално, има нещо гнило! Стаята, в която бяхме настанени, я няма на тези снимки. Снимките са далеч по-красиви от действителността. Стаята беше с размер на кухненски бокс, а в тоалетната имаше забит един подвижен душ и нищо друго. В хамбарът ( ресторант/ кръчма), в който се хранехме, се пушеше постоянно и безразборно, сълзеше на очите и не се дишаше! А и хамбарът се държеше затворен, че да не им е студено на пушачите. Много пепелници и цигарен дим също и около басейна! НЕ СТАВА ЯСНО ПРЕДНАЗНАЧЕНИЕТО НА ТОЗИ КУРОРТ !!! Басейнът е отворен за външни посетители срещу заплащане и беше пренаселен в два от дните. Топлата вана, която всъщност беше с хладка вода, служеше като селския вир на децата, които с писъци и крясъци скачаха в него. Сауната и турската баня са много малки и отвреме-навреме работеха, имали някакви проблеми с бушоните. Външни хора наемат хамбара- ресторант за празненства, а също и служи за запиване с приятели на шефа. Като се напият празнуващите, тържествта прерастват в нощни оргии. На 20 август, след полунощ малки деца скачаха в басейна и крещяха, че правели голямото нощно къпане. Нашата стая беше с изглед към планината, т.е - към басейна и кръчмата. Няма правила, няма загриженост за гостите на хотела, явно собствениците се интересуват само да прибират пари от където им паднат.

Спокоен семеен хотел, подходящ за почивка с деца. Перфектна закуска. Разнообразно меню и за обяд и вечеря, не е необходимо да се ходи на друго място, за да се нахраните. Пресни местни продукти.

Cons:

Липсва асансьор, но не е минус, тъй като хотелът е малък.
