Pros:

Ambiente molto pulito, colazione abbondante, persone molto gentili in più la struttura è vicino alla mia spiaggia preferita cioè il Castelletto 🤗 , consiglio!

Pros:

Per quanto riguarda la colazione pensavamo ci fossero prodotti freschi e non tutti confezionati.

Cons:

La colazione non ci ha esaltato, visto che è presente una panetteria sotto l'albergo pensavamo ci fossero dei prodotti non confezionati.
Un altro appunto lo farei riguardo all'insonorizzazione della camera, in quanto la nostra aveva una porta interna standard e quindi non dava la privacy necessaria.

Un fantastico weekend
Pros:

Molto vicina al centro, alle spiagge, comodo il servizio parcheggio.. facile da raggiungere, buona la colazione, il personale molto presente e gentile

Cons:

Il letto non ha molto rispettato gli standard della struttura.. un po’ rumoroso

Pros:

La camera è moderna, silenziosa, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, inclusi l'aria condizionata e un mini frigo.
Posizione strategica: l'hotel si trova a pochi minuti dalla "Spiaggia del Castelletto" (una delle più belle della zona) e a pochi passi dal centro. Comodissima anche la presenza, proprio sotto la struttura, di un forno e di un alimentari, ideali per fare la spesa prima di una giornata di mare. Parcheggio disponibile ed economico. Personale cortese e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente!!!

Sosta di qualche giorno, ma si può valutare di fare anche una settimana o più!
Pros:

L'accoglienza ottima e attenta oltre che simpatica da parte dei gestori, il parcheggio a due passi comodo e usufruibile in qualsiasi momento, nessun problema a muovere il veicolo in qualsiasi momento della giornata.
La colazione e a buffet sia salata che dolce, e si trova anche frutta di stagione.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt enttäuschend, da der unfreundliche Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik den ansonsten positiven E

Das Hotel ist praktisch und schlicht eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen Badeferien-Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer stets gründlich und sauber gereinigt.

Cons:

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht, da dies eines der Hauptkriterien für unsere Hotelwahl war. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer mit Terrasse mehr verfügbar seien, da wir angeblich zu den letzten Buchenden gehört hätten. Uns wurde lediglich gesagt, dass dies nun so sei. Leider wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts auch kein Versuch unternommen, uns ein entsprechendes Zimmer anzubieten, obwohl wir unsere Enttäuschung geäussert hatten.

Zudem kam es zu einem Missverständnis bezüglich der Zimmerreinigung. Als wir dies ansprachen, reagierte ein Mitarbeiter (A.) leider sehr laut und fragte, was er denn jetzt machen solle und ob er den Zimmerpreis reduzieren müsse. Eine Lösung oder ein entgegenkommendes Verhalten gab es letztlich nicht. Generell hatten wir den Eindruck, dass berechtigte Kritik persönlich genommen wurde und darauf eher defensiv und unfreundlich reagiert wurde, anstatt gemeinsam nach einer Lösung zu suchen.

Auch beim Check-out war derselbe Mitarbeiter sehr kühl und wenig freundlich. Es wurde weder nach unserem Aufenthalt gefragt noch Interesse an unserem Feedback gezeigt. Selbst als ich die Rechnung kurz überprüfen wollte, hatte ich das Gefühl, dass dies bereits als störend empfunden wurde.

Schade, denn das Hotel an sich ist okay. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werden wir jedoch leider nicht wiederkommen und das Hotel auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

le parking est payant, ce n’est pas écrit sur l’annonce il est uniquement noté « parking privé », surtout pour une somme de 10€ par jour avec uniquement une grille qui ne se ferme même pas à clé ..
