This hotel is not reliable for booking.

There's nothing to like.

Cons:

After making a booking, check-in was not possible. Many customers were arriving after booking but were unable to check in. The hotel staff's behavior was very rude, and the hotel owner's behavior was also rude. After the customers left, the hotel did not refund the amount even after showing proof of booking.
The hotel is committing fraud with many customers.

Room filled with paint smell and the manager was NOT courteous and friendly. During checkin, he agreed to provide breakfast for the value listed in booking.com but later demanded more than double the charge.

It was not upto the expectations as is the name FabHotels in every big city in this country.
Cons:

construction and some repairing work was going on. That's why some noise and dust was spreading around reception area all the time. Reception area was very dirty and water bottles were also very dusty. They didn't provide even morning tea or the electric kettle to get some hot water to drink.

Overall the stay was ok but they have to improve little bit as per customer satisfaction.
Pros:

Room was neat & clean. It’s a new facility

Cons:

The restaurant was bit walkable from the room. And the morning breakfast was limited and starts @8:00AM. And there was no resturant nearby, that was disappointed for us.

Location was okay.

Cons:

They are renovating the building. It was so dusty and the noise of marble cutting is very disturbing. I have to threaten them to stop it. They shouldn't take booking during the renovation
