Lovely stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Location: Close to highway, close to Europa-Park and Rulantica. Cannot comment on the hotel's surrounding more, as we did not have time to explore. Parking: There are many parking places in the yard, can be busy during dinner time but you can still park on the street (quite few parking places in front of the barber shop), and then re-park your car to the yard later if you want. Big room, comfortable. Breakfast: Many options to choose from, everything was fresh, and re-filled as needed. Good coffee. Everybody in the hotel was super nice, it is nicely decorated there, everything is clean and overall the place has a very good ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be more than happy to come back again.
We would like to give special "thank you" to the lady at the breakfast service and to the cleaning lady who did our room on 21/10, they both do their job 200% and with a friendly smile!

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel! A localização é perfeita, facilitando muito os nossos passeios. O quarto era amplo, silencioso, com uma cama super confortável e limpeza impecável todos os dias. O grande destaque, porém, vai para a equipe: todos os funcionários foram incrivelmente educados, prestativos e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. O café da manhã também superou as expectativas, com muita variedade e tudo bem fresquinho. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab ausreichend Parkplätze. Ein schöner Biergarten. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider war der Reinigungszustand sehr schlecht. In unserem gebuchten Zimmer lag offensichtlich noch der Socke von unserem Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Was auch nicht gut war, dass an diesem Abend eine Veranstaltung im Restaurant statt fand und die Zimmer befanden sich über den Restaurant und die Fenster waren geöffnet. Daher war es bis früh morgens sehr laut. Auf zwei geschriebene Mails, bezüglich meiner Beschwerde, kam keinerlei Antwort.
