Pros:

Steve was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Noise from road, bed uncomfortable and pillows not the best. Shower screen could do with being longer.

A very good location for the event we were attending, and very good value for money.
Pros:

Location, and despite being on a very busy road, the sound-proofing was excellent. All amenities were available, including a drink from the bar. Helpful host.

Cons:

The mattress was a little uncomfortable (quite hard) so we both woke with a sore back. But otherwise the room was very comfortable re seating and temperature.

Lovely room, very comfortable and exceptionaly clean, local pub/restraunt within 10 min walk

Cons:

Full Breakfast didnt start till 8am which was too late for us, but we could of helped ourselves to cereal

Great location for the local area and Malvern hills walks. Lovely pubs nearby. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Pros:

Spacious, spotlessly clean room. Friendly welcome, with flexibility offered for check-in if we had been delayed. Honesty bar which we made use of and able to sit and relax. Breakfast was perfect and to top it off we felt like it was excellent value for money!

I arrived before check in ended, rang the bell, knocked the door and called but no one answered, no one came to the door so I had to find somewhere else at 10.15pm
