The included full english breakfast was a great way to start my day!!
The room was good with a very big bathroom. Everything you needed and was on the ground floor at the front of the property.
The noise from the main road. Also the noise from the water boiler going on and off when your trying to sleep.
The room and ensuite were immaculate.
Very good location, easily accessible to city centre and the venue we were going to.
My partner is a light sleeper and although our room was facing the road we couldn't hear the cars. Also the mattress was really comfortable - we had the best sleep.
The English breakfast was delicious every morning we had it - top class consistency.
Lovely home with a clean, tidy, quiet room. Such personable hosts. And the breakfast was wonderful!

Comfy and clean with all the facilities we needed for a 1 night stay.
The main road was quite noisy
The room was perfect with bed with side lights & plugs and recharge ports, dressing table with mirror and chair. Kettle and choice of teas, coffee, hot chocolate & milk. there are two chairs and coffee table to sit. this room had a french door with patio to sit outside which would be beautiful in the good weather . water and glasses provided
clean tidy bathroom on suite. free wifi and adjustable central heating & Fan provided.
Cooked Breakfast was perfect plus cereal fresh fruit and yogurt. PLUS Service with a smile.

Just gentle background music in the breakfast room it felt too quiet! being used to hussle bussle its more a personal thing.....but still 10/10
