Room is clean, breakfast is good

Cons:

There was even no bootle of water in the room, they said that we need to choose during booking, this is my first time in a 4 star hotel that I need specially book a room for a bottle of water! Even if they said the spa area is not textile free, there were number of naked people around and no one warns them.

Aus vorhin genannten Gründen werden wir hier sicher nicht mehr nächtigen!
Pros:

Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass das Abendessen sehr gut geschmeckt hat und auch der Wellnessbereich durchaus ansprechend war.

Cons:

Fangen wir mal bei der Rechnung vom Abendessen an, hier wird einem mit einem Lesegerät vorgeschlagen wie hoch das Trinkgeld sein sollte. Unter 10% lässt sich gar nichts auswählen. Eigenes Wählen ist dann eine Option die zwar anwählbar ist. Hervorgehoben werden aber 15% (amerikanische Verhältnisse) wie ich finde.
Negativ war auch das wir (also meine Frau und ich) nach dem Abendessen um 20:00 noch gerne etwas ferngesehen hätten bevor wir in das Land der Träume geglitten wären. Leider funktionierte dieser nicht und um diese Zeit wollten wir auch den Techniker nicht mehr holen lassen der dann in unserem Zimmer herumtut. Beim Auschecken wurde dieser Umstand dann erwähnt und es wurde unsererseits vorgeschlagen als "kleine" Entschädigung uns doch die 2 getrunkenen Kaffees vom Vortag zu erlassen wurde die Hotelangestellt richtig unentspannt. Ich spare Ihnen liebe Leser die Details aber der Kunde ist König wird in diesem Haus nicht groß geschrieben das steht fest.

Der Wellnessbereich ist klasse mit Innen- und Außenpool für jedes Wetter, schöner Saunabereich mit Barfußpfad indoor, Poolbar mit gutem Essen, genügend Parkplätze am Haus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war uns etwas zu klein mit unseren ganzen nassen Motorradsachen, da wir im Regen ankamen. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage sofort ein großes Dreibettzimmer zum gleichen Preis.
