There is NO airport transfer from the airport! Only TO the airport. Beware, single travelers!

I specifically chose the property because it claimed to have an airport transfer. I was arriving late in the evening alone, and I needed a transfer to arrive safely. After booking, I was told the transfer is only available TO the airport, not from. I decided not to stay due to safety concerns traveling alone at night. I lost my money, due to my booking being nonrefundable. If I had been able to ask about the transfer before booking, I would have chosen another hotel.

clean but hot room filled with cigarette smoke at 1 in the morning
Pros:

the place was very clean and people running it were also very nice

Cons:

the room had no exterior window and the interior window facing the hall. as it was hot, during the day the room remained very hot all night long. It had a fan, but it was actually blowing towards the ceiling which provided some circulation. also, someone started smoking and talking in the smoke filled my room.

A lovely stay in Guadalajara city center; I felt like at home
Pros:

The location within a lively market. A stone throw from the Cathedral and the pedestrianised area with cafes and restaurants. Ms Sol and Mr Hector and all the hotel staff go well over and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and feel at home.
